“I contacted Macro International Cargo in December in order to mail a balikbayan box to friends in The Philippines. When I called, the manager got back to me in an hour, and was kind, informative, and helpful. The shipping costs and ship times are quite reasonable. It was my first time to their location, so the manager told me where I could park, and even offered to bring the invoice to my car.”

“There is a need to train Jessica Veluya how to deal with customers. I have been a customer for a long time and I never had issues with your services. She has an attitude that will stain your good image. I said so because another customer told me how she was treated by Jessica. My friend who was with me commented, she has that attitude and you invited me to send money through Lucky? This is a concern that needs your attention. Thank you.”

“Nothing but good experiences when I go into this agency. I never have any issues when I go in to drop off my packages. I go in and I am out in less than 3 minutes because they are fast and know what they’re doing. I highly recommended sending your packages through this agency.”

“I came in early for a flu shot appointment which I set up on RiteAid.com, the pharmacist was super accommodating and let me get it on the spot instead of coming back. The store looked a lot better than it has pre-pandemic. It looked cleaner and the shelves looked much better stocked than it usually is. The front register cashier was super nice to my three year old. What a great experience. I'd come back more often now that I know this Rite Aid location is turning over a new leaf and is changing for the better.”
