“Gotta' shout this business out. I only went there for an oil change which, ok - they did their diligence and were thorough and quick.But it's really their professionalism that caught me by surprise.There was this one rude customer who apparently was in the parking lot 1.5 hours before they opened and started demanding their immediate service because he was tired (his early arrival, not being in any part 'their' choice or responsibility).This customer was snarky, was cursing at the lady under his breath, snapping back, and had this aura of entitlement that bordered on male-ego.This lady did a master class on how to respectfully handle a horrible customer, while simultaneously ensuring the other customers did not feel odd. She addressed his concerns, ran that front office, and not once lost her cool.Again, all I did was get an oil change - but there were about 5 different customers who were dropping off or picking up cars and had great interactions with this lady and the staff, which was indicative of return customers who were pleased.When I closed out, I received a detailed report of the full inspection they did with my oil change. Everything done with a high degree of professionalism.If I were in need, based on today's interaction alone, I would return and be open to doing business here again.”

“I am a known customer of Empire Nissan in Bayridge . This is my second car I purchased from this Nissan. I would like to say I recently was there last month and experienced a great response. I like to say I was beyond pleased with Joe the service advisor. His overall personality was up and beyond. Very reliable service advisor. He gets back to you in a timely manner and a very tentative listener with great advise. I highly recommend him for an advisor. I met for the first time Miguel the Shop Foreman. Very pleasant and great personality. Would make you truly come back to Nissan. Last but least the Mechanic Richard who worked on my Nissan Rougue. This mechanic is a very experience hard worker. Extremely knowledgeable and you would differently feel great after leaving the Nissan Shop when he finishes with your car!”

“I brought my MBE350 in after the check engine light went on. Mark and his dad took my car in and explained about their diagnostic fee. It was a small price to pay to find out what codes needed to be addressed in my car. The car returned a clean diagnostic report and neither Mark nor his Dad tried to upsell me. They were honest and ethical. I will certainly bring my car if I need future repair because I trust these guys. Now I see why they have such a high Google review!”

“This is my go to auto shop for everything, I live close by and I've been going here for about 2-3 years and they have always been so kind to me. They have helped me with many things such as oil change, inspection, tire rotation, checking the breaks, and even helping me when rats chewed my cabled and my car wouldn't run. One of the workers even came on his moped a few blocks to meet me and turn on my spark plug so that I didn't have to get another expensive tow. I will probably go here for as long as I have a car. Highly recommend. Hispanics and cars are always a good mix!”
