I'm surprised by the high stars. This place doesn't deserve it. We show up at 11am for an inspection we were in front of a few people and they were taken before us. Almost 4 hours later still havnt touched our car. We spoke with Yasmin a few times on status and she would just say we are busy and you are next. Meanwhile she had her nose buried in her phone. Several times she stated we were busy and that we would be next. And then I stated that I may have to take my business elsewhere and she said I could that. Finally at close of business day she took the car and literally like 3 mins of having the car she stated we didn't pass the wiper inspection and that she would send off for new wipers. God as my witness the wipers were fine. Not that long since being replaced. She stated we couldn't get the wipers today and asked if we wanted to reschedule. We said no and left. All day wait for nothing. Will not be going back and I recommend no one else visit this place. She just didn't care.

Gotta' shout this business out. I only went there for an oil change which, ok - they did their diligence and were thorough and quick.But it's really their professionalism that caught me by surprise.There was this one rude customer who apparently was in the parking lot 1.5 hours before they opened and started demanding their immediate service because he was tired (his early arrival, not being in any part 'their' choice or responsibility).This customer was snarky, was cursing at the lady under his breath, snapping back, and had this aura of entitlement that bordered on male-ego.This lady did a master class on how to respectfully handle a horrible customer, while simultaneously ensuring the other customers did not feel odd. She addressed his concerns, ran that front office, and not once lost her cool.Again, all I did was get an oil change - but there were about 5 different customers who were dropping off or picking up cars and had great interactions with this lady and the staff, which was indicative of return customers who were pleased.When I closed out, I received a detailed report of the full inspection they did with my oil change. Everything done with a high degree of professionalism.If I were in need, based on today's interaction alone, I would return and be open to doing business here again.

Went for an oil change and inspection a few weeks and it did take a pretty long time (hours... wasn't expecting to wait that long), but Carlos and Jose are the real standouts here. They have such friendly dispositions and go the extra mile to make sure you leave satisified.

They charge $175 for an alignment.Let that sink in and then go to another place that charges a reasonable amount of money for that job. Hopefully they can make an adjustment to that and not lose more potential customers ?

I had a bad experience the first time I came here and wasn’t surprised they had it closed for a few months after my visit.The next few times I came to have my vehicle serviced it was at Koeppel Ford and they did a great job.This morning I came in to have my oil changed and was dreading to come here after being told that they had reopened. First off, I was the first person with no appointment and they serviced my car first and was very quick about it.I then spoke to the person who helped me, who’s name was Carlos and I remember him being the last person who helped me at the ford service center. To say the least I was extremely happy with the service and Carlos did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this place based off the service he provided. Thank you again!Service: Oil change

Never answer the phone. What kind of service are you. When you show up in person they are always too busy to help you. Need to make an appointment yet they never answer the phone. It’s gone down hill since they change employees. He always looks miserable to help anyone.

I had a 9am appointment and they literally ran two hours late. I’m really not sure what the purpose of making an appointment is if they don’t honor it. The place is very poorly run and I won’t be back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I went in to get my NYS Inspection on a newly registered vehicle. Both the manager, Jason, and the mechanic were pleasant and professional. The shop, parking lot and waiting area are clean and well maintained. As there was a service bay open, they took me right away and I was on my way quickly. Very happy with my experience here.Also, this shop is a part of the Koeppel Ford dealership, but it appears that they service other makes as well.

From out of town. Brake grinding. Shop was open early and fixed my car. Very kind and helpful. Great customer service. Fair and reasonable prices.

I made a 9am appointment for service and it's currently 10:43am and I'm still waiting. Our car just entered The service area a few minutes ago. A total waste of time and I'm not sure why they would make appointments at all considering they are unable to keep them. Another guy just walked in and they didn't even have his appointment in their computer. Very unprofessional and needless to say I won't be back. I'd like to give them zero stars, but sadly it's not an option.

They stole my spare after replacing a flat and 3 old tires with 4 new tires ordered from a seemingly separate business.Went here with a flat in October 2020 and decided to get 4 new tires since it was about time anyway. When it came time to order the tires, I was walked out of this store and in through the back of a Ford Dealership across the street to place an order for tires. The tires I ordered were not in stock (nothing for a 2013 Civic was, maybe because they brought me into a Ford Dealership) so I had to wait til the next day. Limped the car home and back the next day only to be told tires wouldn’t be in until Friday. Final price was vastly different from the estimate (lost in translation between Quick Lane and Ford was the excuse), but tires were finally mounted/balanced and they were good.Fast forward to February of 2021 when I went to my regular mechanic for brakes service and the wheels were greatly in need of some new balancing. Really, the wheels were THAT BAD after 4 months of light city/highway driving? Fast forward again to May of 2021 when I look at why my spare tire cover at the floor of my trunk is dipping down. Turns out, spare tire compartment was EMPTY. Quick Lane never returned the spare tire to its compartment. Called today with service information and dates and was told, “sorry, 6 months ago (it was 7) is a long time, I can’t do anything.” So not only is this service shop merely a front for a Ford Dealership parts and service department, but they don’t keep track of parts and tools in their shop. Do not bring your car here, you will be ripped off, parts will be delayed, your wheels will be improperly balanced, and you might even have parts of your car stolen.

Found this place after calls and visits to others were unsuccessful due to a flat tire. Very professional and helpful from the start of my initial call to the very moment I left. Definitely would come back!
