Donna the cashier is rude and unprofessional. I asked her a question about getting cash back when buying something and she started talking in a condescending tone.
There was another female employee changing the cash drawers so she seemed to be a supervisor but that person didn't say anything so I'm not sure if they don't care about how their employees act or if she didn't notice

i hate to get my prescriptions filled here because i have not had one good experience, ever. sometimes, i don’t have the luxury of going to my favorite pharmacy so i will go here out of necessity and that is always a terrible decision. incompetent, slow, not helpful … and those are the good qualities. thanks for reminding me to never come back.

This location is awful. I’ve been going here since I moved into the neighborhood 7 years ago and this has gone way downhill. The shelves are never stocked and the store is never properly staffed. Everything is behind glass and it takes ages for someone to come help open the locked cabinets.
Yesterday I was carded for cold medicine and they wouldn’t sell it to me without my ID (I’d forgotten it). I’m CLEARLY over 18. The cashier even agreed but said she couldn’t sell it without ID.
This place is just awful. Nothing against the employees. It’s the greedy corporation that won’t properly staff or stock the place. It’s just terrible.

I went there so many time to but hair oil they didn’t restock !!! Some products are locked so i had to press the bell for checking out but they didn’t show up !! Then I had to call their stuff for checking !!

The worst pharmacy in entire neighborhood. They hardly pick up any calls. Even my doctor’s office stated it was very hard to communicate and send prescription at this location. The lady with short hair at the pharmacy is very rude and shows attitude towards customers. She will just put you on hold forever and later hangs up on you when you needed to know if your prescription is ready. May be they are short staffed I don’t know but this absolutely wrong to treat customer like that.

I just happened to be in the neighborhood and there was a RiteAid. I'm glad i stopped by. Still keep up the good work and friendly atmosphere.

I can't fathom how this store is still in business. The shelves are pretty much always empty and whatever they DO have is locked up- but good luck getting an employee to open the glass.

Weird combination of an absurdly busy pharmacy but absolutely bare retail shelves. Allegedly, Rite Aid closed the location on Greenpoint because the staff unionized, so everyone in the neighborhood using Rite Aid was redirected to this one for pharmacy needs, causing more volume than could be handled. Now they are not stocking the shelves in what seems like an attempt to ultimately close this location, but without announcing a closure. The store feels like a ghost town. Corporate greed strikes again.

Staff are very nice, Christina and pharmacist, Vickie are extremely helpful even when pharmacy is extremely busy I would have given them 5 stars but phone never gets picked up

It is a good helper to meet the community's drug needs, but other retail sales volumes and categories are slowly shrinking, and it feels like it is very difficult to hold on.
