This Rite Aid store is great. It's clean and the sales staff are very friendly and helpful. They have the advertised sales items and the store is well stocked. It's a pleasure to shop there.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. They are so unprofessional and rude. They do not work with you and treat you as if you are an inconvenience. Every time I have to call and speak to someone there I feel dismissed and talked over. I hate that I have to use this pharmacy but it is the closest to me.

Young Asian lady at the pharmacy was yelling out peoples names, DOB and medications, no one cared lol. I get if you hate your job but take others people privacy seriously at least.

Pharmacy staff (she) super rude. Hung up the call in the middle of conversation. All I wanted to know was when will the medications be delivered.(like the timeframe).

I hate writing bad reviews but this pharmacy staff needs a serious wake up call. They are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Dismissive, demeaning, and do not care at all. I needed them to call my insurance company to confirm a medication approval and the lady on the phone refused and told me to "figure it out, because they were busy". I mean.. how am I supposed to call - I am not a pharmacy! They are slow and even when I've gotten a text that my medication was ready and walked all the way over there, I get there and they say it's not ready. Overall just really lazy, inconsiderate people. I hope the manager of the store sees this and makes some changes. I have since found a new pharmacy that actually cares.

I placed an order for my Eluquis refill on Tuesday November 21. On Sunday November 26th I called to confirm my refill was ready.After numerous calls and no answer I finally got through at 9:45 am and was told by the very rude pharmacist that my medication was still not available and will be ready tomorrow afternoon. I then attempted to have a conversation with her asking why it was still not available since I had ordered it six days before and she simply said it’s not coming in till tomorrow afternoon that’s it and hung up on me. Eliquis is a blood thinner which I must take twice daily and this is service received.I have been dealing with this pharmacy for many years and have dealt with the original pharmacists, who are extremely efficient. This pharmacist working today Sunday the 26 should not be a representation of your company.

The refrigerators for all the drinks have been broken for months and management hasn’t bothered getting them fixed. I can’t believe this dump is still open

I had a terrible experience at a pharmacy. The staff was incredibly rude and unprepared. Many reviews have mentioned the same issue, and I’m baffled why they are still employed. It would greatly benefit your brand if the company addressed this problem.Here’s what happened to me: I visited the pharmacy on Monday for a vaccine without an appointment. They said they didn’t have the vaccine and asked me to return on Wednesday, which is fair enough. When I inquired about making an appointment, they said I could walk in during specific hours. However, when I returned on Wednesday, they still didn’t have the vaccine ready, and the receptionist was extremely impolite. Frustrated, I went to another pharmacy near the 61st station, where the staff was much more welcoming and professional. It’s essential to address this issue.

If I can give ZERO stars I would. I have never experienced such HORRENDOUS customer service as I did today here. They refused to sell me WHITE CLAWS, yes white claws with my Colombian ID. I am way pass 21, i can tell you that. So then a good samaritan noticed the rude service he came with a NYS ID came to pay and THEY REFUSED to sell. Despite me being an American Citizen, but also carrying my Colombian ID. & another law abiding citizen came to buy it they just simply REFUSED. So not only are they going out of business but now refusing to make sales!!! Two miserable staff females, rude, disrespectful. Just probably one of the worst experiences I think I’ve had and I’ve been coming to this rite aide for over 10 years !!! Thankfully they are shutting down - because rather than dealing with the numerous people who steal from them, they want to give a hard time to loyal paying customers. Oh & half of the store is locked up so you have to wait for the staff to decide to come to you to get you the items you want to purchase. I simply had to share the experience because it is NOT okay that this sort of behavior and conduct is allowed in these business establishments.

They never answer and when they do they leave you waiting for up to half an hour and they hang up on you. I've been trying to check if my medication is ready for 1:20 minutes.

The woman in her 40s and 50s who works at the window on the left needs to learn again. I went to a drugstore paid by Geico due to a car accident, but I only needed to know the claim no. The group no. They asked me to find out the pin no... no, so they waited for an hour and a half and just left work.
