i like coming to this staples because it opens late and has parking. unfortunately some bad apples either at ups or at the store has stolen my drop off packages so i never go back to ship my products. most likely it was staple employees because my usps items that were dropped off never was updated either. the products are good and afforable though. i lost a few thousand off the stolen items.

I went there for Amazon return. Someone said to me system is down today. But this never happened to me before and unusual. I cannot imaging Amazon system is down. Then went to another staples and they accepted Amazon return without complaining.

It’s about UPS. I have waited for 30 minutes to drop off the single package in UPS inside the staples. I was first in the queue but nobody was there to drop off the package. Only one lady was working there to cover the whole store. If you can’t handle the order ship and drop then why do you do the business with UPS. Why do you put UPS inside the staples when staples is unable to cover their own store.

The personal at Queens Blvd store showed very much poor customer service I called the store about some information about a product was put on hold for almost 20 minutes at which time they hung up the phone without letting me know if they carried what I was looking for I called back and waited an additional 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone yet no one did the associates need to be trained properly or fired

The last two times we went to Staples to print some business marketing, we were truly impressed by an employee named Priscilla. Priscilla is above any customer service we have ever received. She was attentive, multitasking, polite and knowledgeable of her work. She should be considered to train other employees. Remarkable young woman. Thank you Priscilla.

Just went there today to get a new cartridge and the guy named Jack in the counter didn't know what he's job at all. I have my old cartridge for replacement and he asked me what's the ink number. I've been coming here for more than a decade and all staff are knowledgeable. When I had to call my office to get the ink number, I told Jack to get the next customer behind me while I'm getting the information. But when I'm ready to give him my ink number, he took another customer and intentionally threw my old cartridge on the floor. This guy is non competent and does not know any customer service skills. Calling the management for this bad experience.

Worst place to drop off UPS package. There is only one staff to operate staples and ups ..worst place to droff of pacakges..took me 25 minutes to drop off pacakges..don’t go there
