When I come to pick up trailer they gave me one without proper signalization and theirs employee from maintenance try to explain that I don’t need to have all lights.After I refused as not safe to operate and ask for another one, they told me they don’t have and any availability in radius 15 miles. I spend 3 hours and left without any trailer.

Best Uhaul in queens I have 9 years renting here and every time I rent it’s a breeze with instructions and details on everything I need to know. Definitely recommend and I see a lot of negative reviews here and I can say make sure you guys learn all the info you need to make you have the best experience possible. Number 1 rental location in queens hope this helps 🙏🏻

Good lord. This is the third time I’ve used this U-Haul location in the past 3 months and it has been awful each time. The trucks are fine (mostly), the building is new, but be ready for absolutely terrible customer service.
Each representative I’ve dealt with is not only unfriendly, but one was actively snarky with me for asking innocent questions I did not know the answer to. It does not help that the check-in process is insanely complicated (at one point, you have to provide two different contact references that they HAVE to call and verify, and if they don’t pick up the phone, you’re out of luck, no truck), and if you need assistance they are reluctant to help, and have attitude about the situation. This might be forgivable if it was busy, but each time I’ve been there, there has been NO ONE in line, and two representatives just clicking away on the computers, actively trying to avoid interaction. It’s baffling. I’m not sure what is going on at this place, but I’d recommend going elsewhere. I certainly will be from now on.

Terrible customer service experience. I booked a day time to pick up the truck to be able to be helped but staff is UNHELPFUL. They made me check in online very quickly with no explanation. I couldn’t rent a truck because the person I put on my list to call didn’t pick up right away. They didn’t give the option for a call back or even explain that. Counterintuitive service. That is why dealing with computer is easier. They lost a customer and Home Depot rental truck got a new one.
