It was a super easy and seamless transaction. Made the reservation, received keys in under 5 minutes from the time I got there. The van worked well and was well kept. And the return was even easier without hassle. Would use again if needed.

This place is horrible when it comes to ordering online on the mobile app. I went in too pick up a U-Haul and had a question since it’s my first time. And it felt like speaking to a wall because it took me forever for them too understand. Just for them to tell me you just had to add a number to verify. They just kept repeating “You started the process already” multiple times. They need better communication. Also once we finished to pay we added a new card to pay for the U-Haul. But when it came to payment it took out double from both cards on file. Which is stupid to me because I put another card specifically because I didn’t want that. So now if they can’t get a full payment they will take out any card? And the tolls being sent separately and not together. I don’t understand why sending them separately and almost weeks separate is professional. I personally feel robbed by how it’s going. Needs better way of managing when you pay so much to use their services. I don’t know if other places are like this but this place was horrible do not recommend them. If anything go too Home Depot and in person.

Easy process, pick up and drop off. Rented for 5 days. 10’ truck in decent condition, had an additional backup camera installed with screen in the rear view mirror (not sure if that’s standard for all U-Haul trucks but it definitely looked like it was added). The employees at both times were both professional and straightforward. Would use this location again if needed.

U should update the opening hour on Sunday in online and app say it’s 8:30am open but the. The store door said it’s 9:00am on Sunday can you update the online info cause it’s causing confusion and delay

It was my first time renting U-Haul and MY GOD I was amazed by how easy it was to check in and check out! Amazing service and very affordable. Representative was very helpful as well. I’d be recommending U-Haul to everyone from now on.

For some reason this place makes you jump thru all these hoops to rent a vehicle....The U Haul near the Navy Base is much much more customer friendly and a lot easier check in and check out. Drop off at night, all I have to do is put keys thru door slot, this location, you have to put a steering wheel lock and go to this online link or they charge you money. Save yourself the hassle and go to the one on the base.

terrible. I reserved a truck online, and then they closed early so I couldn't pick it up. They didnt even call me or send me an email letting me know they were closing early. Then, they didnt even leave a key in the lockbox so I could get the truck with the app. I ended up having to call uhaul to get them to change my reservation to a different location that didn't close early without notice. So stressful and left me hundreds of dollars out of pocket because of the change in plans.

asy pickup and drop off even during non-office hours, location is close to 7 train 52st and Mobile gas station. The 10' truck is in good condition and clean, and the staff was also nice to teach me how to lock and unlock the gate in the back. Just be careful when you return, you need to back up into the lot, which is a little tricky for a long truck in a small street without rear cameras if you are used to those cameras as I do.
