I walked inside and was shocked at how there were no shopping carts available inside. All the carts were being used by the employees. They sold all these sanitizers, but didn't have any for the customers to use when entering the store. It should be added. Everything seemed to be well organized and aisles were clean, but there were a bunch of empty shelves. Wonder why?? I hope that they restock during the week. Also, if you need to use the restroom there is one available at the store.

Employees here are not knowledgeable no matter what time or which day you come, of course except the manager. All of them seems not willing to help with "leave me alone" vibe. I honestly decided to buy a new printer at home only because I would not wanna come back here ever. Haha

I am the type of person who wants to be left alone when I am shopping, because a lot of the times, I am just looking around. The worst type of shopping experience you can have is if someone follows you around and keeps trying to help you but they do not do that here. When I know what I am looking for, I normally can just find it on my own. If I need help I will definitely ask for it. This is mainly why I like shopping here. I have bought office furniture, printers and other items from here. They have a great selection of office chairs that fit everyone's budget. They normally have everything in stock if not I just get my order delivered. I find it difficult trying to order any type of furniture online because I really want to see the item in person to make sure it fits my needs. Once in a while if I am lucky, prices in store maybe a bit cheaper than online. When I am ready to make a purchase I just go to the front and there is always someone there to help me. This is the way I love to shop.

Overall so happy with this Staples in my neighborhood. Few staffs I had dealt with were so helpful and friendly!

I gave 5 stars because I just like their copy machines. I never talked people so I don't know but copy machine is good. Some copy machines charge $0.15 for black and white. Others charge $0.16.

They don't issue receipts for return drop-offs and they will not scan the label. So If your package “mysteriously†gets lost, then its on you.

Not a full service facility (even though previous review falsely stated that). This UPS location is only a drop off place. They are unable to print labels. This place might as well just be a mailbox. Get a label printer please!
