I came in early for a flu shot appointment which I set up on RiteAid.com, the pharmacist was super accommodating and let me get it on the spot instead of coming back. The store looked a lot better than it has pre-pandemic. It looked cleaner and the shelves looked much better stocked than it usually is. The front register cashier was super nice to my three year old. What a great experience. I'd come back more often now that I know this Rite Aid location is turning over a new leaf and is changing for the better.

I been with here for 3month for my prescriptions. Pharmacy receptionists are very nice. both female and man are always helpful. I can not believe they have bad reviews. I'm glad I changed pharmacy to this location:)

Horrible experience!Walked in to grab a couple items with my son who has ADHD/oddAn my 7 year old grabbed a toy car I was going to buy it, was approached by an employee who was very rude to my son!She didn't even have a name tag so I can report her to a store manager! To make things worst she was at the front end I was very bothered by the way she spoke to my child I walked over to the pharmacy Dept an spoke to a pharmacist, He was very understanding an he apologized for that behavior she should not be at the front end working with customers(period)I'm beyond disgusted, this will be the last time I visit this store! She was very rude!

I have been unable to get medication prescribe by my doctor. The health insurance (United Health Care) required a "prior authorization" form. The doctor filled it out and sent it in to the pharmacy SEVERAL TIMES since January, 2020. I have spoken directly to the insurance and they assure me they approved the medication. I also HAVE A LETTER to me from the insurance, verifying approval. BUT every time i try to get the medication, the pharmacy tells me they need a prior authorization form. I have actually had a representative from United Health Care SPEAK DIRECTLY TO THE PHARMACY and tell them that the medication has been approved. I still cannot get the medication from the pharmacy. They cannot articulate the problem and I do not know what I am supposed to do! Now, they MAY end up giving me this medication FINALLY... but what about next month? I've spent EIGHT AND A HALF HOURS ON THE TELEPHONE calling the insurance, the insurance's sub-contractor who deals with prescriptions (OPTUMRx), the doctors and the doctors office, and of course the pharmacy. And I've had to do this for the last refill, and now I'm doing it again for this next month! I can't take it! If I have to do this every month i will become a crazy person!

On many tries the branch does not pick up the phone and just sends to the main directory, which of course takes a lot of time. To answer a simple question I had to spend 29 minutes and ...then got disconnected...

If I could give negative stars for this place, I absolutely would. I moved to this neighborhood about 2 years ago. The thought of a 24 hour Rite Aid around the block from my apt was awesome...until I went there. I know working at Rite Aid is no one's dream job. I'm sure it's not a great job. Having said that, the level of inefficiency in this place is mind blowing. You are guaranteed to wait in line for 10 mins i there is more than one person in the store. It's become a joke with other people I know that go there. You are absolutely spending 15 in this place even if it's empty and you buy one item. There are some very nice people that work in the pharmacy and all of the security guards are very nice, but the people that bring you up are the worst. I'm 90% sure someone born without arms could do it faster and more efficiently. I literally dread when I have to go in here. I injured my back a few months ago (which makes standing very painful) so when I go in now, I wait on line for 10 mins and leave when the line doesn't move (which is 95% of the time). There should be a study done about this place. It's so terrible it's fascinating.

I opened a chase liquid account and went on vacation. I couldn't use the card because of zip code error, and because of it I couldn't booked my hotel online. This guy, who opened my account put my school address as home address(how stupid!) and that caused all the troubles.

I had a problem with the address change for months because it was an error in the system. The consumer banker Muhammad M. Haidar spent hours on the phone with the Chase Tech people to fix the isssue. They put him on hold, had him fill out a form and fax it. He was basically jumping through 20 hoops to fix the issue. He went that extra mile for me and in the end, the problem was solved. Next time you come to this bank, I recommend going to him the next time you need some bank accounts opened. He will take care of any issues and always go that extra mile for any customer. You could call him directly at 718-476-6600 or email him

If there was an option for less than one star I'd have used it. In two years this branch went from well staffed to a ghost town in terms of tellers. They fired all the seasoned employees and replaced them with ones who seem dumbfounded when having to cash a check. The bank has a least two people standing around trying to give the impression of service. Good service would be having more than one to two tellers maximum. Don't even try to ask for a safety deposit box. They lie and say they don't have them - but twice when they tried to get me to invest through them miraculously they had available boxes.

Came in to withdraw money from the machine, my debit card wasn't working so I spoke with someone. That person I spoke it decides to open a slate credit card for me. What the ****?

quick, fast, and efficient (which is exactly how a bank should run). i opened up my first bank account here and the bankers are very friendly and kind (as far as the two that i spoke with). they were willing to help me and answer all of my questions. i'm glad this chase bank is in woodside as it's very convenient for me to come and withdraw/deposit money since it's near my home. one thing i wished is that they had more 24/7 atms. at some times, there is a line waiting for the atms (there are four 24/7 atms and two (i think) inside).
