The woman, who is there (07.17.2023. 6pm) the dumbest one on the Earth!!! I sent a money order a few days ago and when I wanted to check online to see the receiver cashed it out yet, the # was invalid. So I went back to the W.U. where I bought it to asked them to check it. This d*** one by the window asked me the upper part of the money order... she didn't understand that I sent that one like should when you buy a money order. She had no idea of anything!!!! She said come back next morning when someone else will be here. Seriously???!!! Is that WU customer service?! Please hire ppl with more common senses.

I asked her how much the Colombian pesos were in dollars and she replied that how would she know? that she had put that I sent 160 pesos and I gave her 160 dollars in pesos that is less than a dollar. When I went to the place to tell her that if she could correct the mistake, she tore the receipts out of my hand and asked me to move out of the queue later, when she vacated, she told me that the money had been sent that she did not make any mistake, she loved me tearing up the receipts somehow I was able to get them back and had to call the number myself for help. This place should be closed, that lady is the human being who hates her job the most and is the rudest in the world, she shouldn't have a job at the costumer service window, it's too bad, avoid paperwork and problems, go to another branch, don't miss the conversation(Original)si pudiera darle cero estrellas lo haría comunidad latina por favor no vayan a este lugar es el peor atención al costumer del mundo la muchacha que me atendió no se si nacionalidad pero es una chica asiática con velo bastante grosera, el día que me atendió fue bastante cortante me pidió la información le pregunté cuánto estaba los pesos colombianos en dólar y ella me respondió que como ella iba a saber ? si trabaja haciendo me tocó buscar en internet cuánto estaba el cambio envié la cantidad y el dinero nunca llegó, llame y me dijeron que ella había puesto que yo envié 160 pesos y yo le entregué 160 dólares en pesos eso es menos de un dólar. Cuando fui al lugar a decirle que si podía corregir el error me arrancó los recibos de la mano y me pidió que me apartara de la fila después cuando se desocupó me dijo que ese dinero si había sido enviado que ella no cometió ningún error, me quería romper los recibos de alguna manera los pude recuperar y yo misma tuve que llamar al número para que me ayudaran. Este lugar lo deberían de cerrar esa señorita es el ser humano que mas odia su trabajo y mas grosero del mundo no debería de tener un trabajo en ventanilla al costumer service demasiado malo evitense trámites y problemas vayan a otra sucursal no pierdan la platica

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came here September 25th, 2021 from 6:30-6:35. I wanted to buy a blank money order and the person at the desk was incredibly rude. I went in and greeted her kindly and she didn’t say anything—which is fine, but she stood on her phone for a long time before attending me (I was the only one in the store). I stood there awkwardly until she looked up at me with a slight attitude. I asked for a blank money order for X amount of dollars and she charged me the extra fee without letting me know how much it was. She then rudely put the money order, change, and receipt through the little opening, and immediately went on her phone again. I just don’t understand what was so important for her to be on her phone before attending customers. I understand it’s not her job to make people feel welcome (although I hope the company encourages this), but simple decency and respect is expected.

The girl is so rude ! I don’t know why after so many complaints she is still working there. The customer service is ZERO ! I’ll never go there.

Most dishonest and rude Western Union ever!I went to this location on July 4th to send 375$ to my home country. Although I was greeted unpleasantly by the only staff (an Indian, Bangladeshi or Pakistani lady, I never doubted that I could be dealt dishonestly. I asked to send the money, gave my phone number and handed over the money. After signing papers and all done, I was surprised to see USD to BTN was only 65.23. I still did not doubt anything fishy since business in USA are regulated strictly and such practices aren’t likely. I returned to the same the next day on July 5th and asked the rate, the same lady was there and she answered it is 67.78. I checked the rate for July 4th on western union website and it said the rate was 68.87. I couldn’t believe how she was able to manipulate the rate based on her mood. How can such establishment still be in the business after many people complaining this kind of dishonesty? Who responsible to monitor and enforce uniform regulations? How can western union want these PIGs to represent them?I am posting some pictures for your verification purposes

Lady name RIYA who works here is very unplesent, rude & Nasty. The reason why I am writing this review just because what I have observed, she was externally rude to this 70 year old lady who ask her few questions and was sending money for first time. How can you treat a senior citizen by telling them “are you blind, can't you read the form, how many times I have to tell youâ€.

So bad customer service.!!! Her attitude is disgusting. Every time i go there, she is always on phone and she treats people so rudely. I dont know how such people can be hired for community service.!!

Horrible customer service, i went to that place 2 times and it was a really bad experience, they are rude, not helpful at all. Not coming back again.
