They are so knowledgable and helpful. I finally bit the bullet and bought them more expensive bike. Rack was the best thing I ever bought. Kuat super user friendly I am small and not a spring chicken it is super easy to get the bikes on and off the rack also came with a lock.thanks for all your help.
