Tinker Toys offers a unique and thoughtful collection of toys and games, catering to both children and adults. The staff is described as helpful and warm, providing excellent customer service. Customers appreciate the store's avoidance of mass-market chain toy stores and big plastic junk, instead offering a selection of intelligent and fun toys, including nostalgic items from the past. However, some customers have experienced issues with the store's online hours not matching the actual closing time, leading to disappointment.
Such helpful staff. Best collection of unique, fun and intelligent toys anywhere I've ever been. This was a huge step above those superficial mass market chain toy stores.
