Busy Bee Taxi is a medical and general transportation service. Customers find the staff and drivers to be friendly, kind, patient, pleasant, and fun, with great and pleasant communication. Many appreciate the excellent service and family-friendly care, noting the company goes above and beyond. The rates are generally described as reasonable and comparable to other services, with multiple payment options. Rides should be scheduled at least a day ahead for guaranteed service, as same-day rides are not always available. While most experiences are positive, there can occasionally be a very long wait, especially in bad weather, and some fares are perceived as high for short distances. Overall, customers recommend the service and look forward to using it again.
