“I only went for NYS Vehicle Inspection, however my experience was 5 stars! They took me right away and I sat in a pleasant waiting room with free WiFi. They were extremely cordial and welcoming and the turnaround time was fast. I’m not from the area, so I first went to a Mavis and a Firestone but they couldn’t schedule me for a week! I saw Pepe’s mechanics talking with other customers while there and noticed what personal, attentive service was given.”

He jumped right in and discovered the hybrid car doesn’t have a spare but a repair kit which he knew how to use but the tire was beyond repair. He waited with us while AAA rerouted the request to a tow which Quincy was able to do. Quincy was very friendly and helpful and put us at ease. He helped make a stressful situation better!”
