I found this place to be a bigot store. The staff ate the same food while it was being prepared for the customers, which was unhygienic!! The prices are also vastly different when you visit in person than when you order online. It's a monopoly and scamming!!

I just find it odd for them to operate in a black neighborhood when clearly they do not care for black ppl. Constantly accusing ppl of stealing that aren’t stealing! Horrible customer service! Every last one of them are rude and has not a care in the world for Any customer! Workers are always on the phone and slow to help as if we’re bothering them or interrupting them from something vital

I wanted a coffee before getting on the train and it was closed. The store hours state it is 24hrs the time was 1:55 am

Any time I go into this 711 the staff seem like they do not care people are in the store. Often on their phones or talking to each other while people wait to be checked out. To make matters worse I placed online orders on several occasions and they chose not to answer the orders but let them keep coming in??? Horrible service they need to change something

Horrible. I will never spend my hard earned money in this place again. Suffering from a sore throat, I visited this 7/11 on 9/6 to buy a hot tea with honey and Tylenol. Unfortunately they were out of honey packs so I decided to buy a bottle instead. The price of the bottle read $4.49. When I went to make my purchase I was charged $7.29. Of course I bought this to the attention of the cashier but his response was“the price went up”. I showed him the $4.49 label, he read, took it from me, crumpled it up and threw it on the floor and said again “the price went up”. With my throat on fire I left everything on the counter and walked out. I refuse to spend my money in a place that does business in this manner.
