I first went to Rav's thanks to multiple Google reviews raving about the service, timeliness of diagnosis and repair, and superb care taken for all cars, with many mentions of their expertise with Mercedes (I drive a C300). Recently Rav helped process a major claim for over $4k in repairs needed - he took it on from start to finish, working directly w my warranty company AND organizing my car rental - i literally did nothing while my car was fixed, the warranty inspection & approval process totally managed by Rav ( And, I paid less than $1k! “I have alway been leery about buying cars online, especially used cars, but George K. made this process seamless. He was very helpful in the entire process. I reached out, he gave me the numbers, I was comfortable with all the details he provided, and I flew in from Texas to make the purchase. No surprises, the car was in the same conditions as described and in the pictures, and I drove off with my Mini. Car salesmen have bad reps with selling used cars, but George is DEF not one of those shady ones. Feel comfortable, and at ease when getting a car from him. As someone who has had worked done on previous vehicles at other auto body shops in the past, this one, by FAR, exceeded my expectations. The best testimony I can give was when my daughter was in the car with me. She asked me did they give you a new car I said no this is the car that got in the accident and was fixed.
