“This is not your ordinary pharmacy! I travel 40 minutes to Jericho Pharmacy because they are a pleasure to deal with! They are able to promptly fill my prescriptions and answer any and all questions that I may have. They are helpful, professional, and pleasant! The entire staff is friendly and eager to help when I enter the store. Definitely worth the trip!! I would give more than 5 stars, if possible!!”

“Typically, Main Source is super dependable, however this week I was expecting my medication and was told it would be delivered Tuesday morning. Tuesday afternoon they called saying it was rescheduled to Wednesday evening. When I still didn't get it this afternoon, I called and they said that they were out of stock and didn't know when it would be back in. It's just frustrating because they made it seem like they knew it was out of stock and rather than tell me up front, they kept trying to delay. Super bummed.”

“Returned after a long train ride -and this place is conveniently located near my car vs the corporate store across the street with LINES galore! . Ample parking here, no lines and funny as most LIRR people don't realize they do lotto and there aren't ANY LINES- So i update my review as i try them out periodically and their improved customer service and relations changed my mind drastically. Upon entry i was warmly greeted, the clerk was made aware of a new offer- a 25% discount on gifts from a local paper. WOW! That was truly kind especially in this economic climate. The pharmacist said hello and asked if there was anything i needed! I replied and we discussed supplements and vitamins for which i never believed in before! With their guidance- Their selections of these products was vast and comparable to the vitamin store on jericho. Why am i taking my time to share something with all others! They helped an elderly customer from entry to exit with all their needs- I was so moved by this i had a tear in my eye! The compassionate care i witnessed was out of this world! Their customer service improved! Their dedication to their customer who obviously needed help was evident and most importantly- I was thankful to see this behavior!”

“This King Kullen has been a staple in the Bethpage area for many, many years. Since this is a neighborhood store, It's a bit smaller than what you may be used to in other locations. They may not carry some of your preferred brands or those uncommon items you need on a whim- However, what they do possess in place of lacking areas, they fill that void in just about every other way. Their staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable enough to answer any questions you might have. They can point you towards the correct aisle for that product you couldn't find and will even drop whatever they are doing to help you if needed. These are the types of qualities I look for when going to a new store because they suggest that their workers take pride in their work. I'd be way, way more inclined to return rather than be an unappreciated customer at other stores that have robots (yes robots on wheels) follow you on camera to make sure you aren't stealing; then have to do self-checkout. Stay local!!!!.As for The Pharmacy, the employees here that helped me are some of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only are they extremely kind (unlike those at CVS who always seem to act like you're a burden rather than a customer/patient) but they genuinely seem to care about you and your health. From my experience, they are always willing to work with you and FOR you to make sure you are receiving what's best for you. Whether that's dealing with insurance companies on your behalf, working with your Doctor, or finding you the best price for your medication. I would ?????? recommend trying them out if you are looking for a new pharmacy.”

This time, i forgot some small hardware for the apt. we live 17 miles away so we decided to look for a hardware type store on montauk hwy. The auto parts store guy said to drive to home depot but that was a major inconvenience. We then walked into Shore Drug. Merril the owner said she didn't carry what we needed, but she offered us her personal hardware stock! She refused our $ also. what a sweet , smart , kind and intelligent woman! our daughter will be sure to patronize this store and the residents in the area should do so as well!!!! what a great store !!”
