I think it’s one of the best things since sliced bread the staff are on top of everything and they call me when a prescription is due to be refilled that I’ve totally forgotten about. They are very quick in doing what is needed so that I have my medicine as promptly as I need it. Their service is impeccable and the people are so very nice and curtious. It’s not every day that people you deal with at a pharmacy actually care about the patients (me and my husband) now I’m spoiled and won’t go anywhere else ☺️❤️”

They really find ways to help whenever they can. I’ve never really had a bad interaction with anyone I have talked to. “Absolutely INCREDIBLE pharmacy and IV infusion suite. I have my first IV infusion with biotin, vitamin C, and glutathione. It was amazing. The NP, Nicole Moawad was amazing. She is so personable, kind, sweet, and you can tell she genuinely wanted to take care of her clients. Not only were her services 5 stars but the suite is incredible. Clean, organized, and extremely sterile. The environment is so peaceful. I was so relaxed I just wanted to take a nap! The pharmacy is just as amazing, if not better. Everyone is super friendly and kind. The pharmacy is extremely organize. I have never seen a pharmacy not only handle so many prescriptions but also manages the facility very well. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a well-trusted pharmacy or a relaxing IV suite. And definitely ask for NP Nicole, she is wonderful!”

“This King Kullen has been a staple in the Bethpage area for many, many years. Since this is a neighborhood store, It's a bit smaller than what you may be used to in other locations. They may not carry some of your preferred brands or those uncommon items you need on a whim- However, what they do possess in place of lacking areas, they fill that void in just about every other way. Their staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable enough to answer any questions you might have. They can point you towards the correct aisle for that product you couldn't find and will even drop whatever they are doing to help you if needed. These are the types of qualities I look for when going to a new store because they suggest that their workers take pride in their work. I'd be way, way more inclined to return rather than be an unappreciated customer at other stores that have robots (yes robots on wheels) follow you on camera to make sure you aren't stealing; then have to do self-checkout. Stay local!!!!.As for The Pharmacy, the employees here that helped me are some of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only are they extremely kind (unlike those at CVS who always seem to act like you're a burden rather than a customer/patient) but they genuinely seem to care about you and your health. From my experience, they are always willing to work with you and FOR you to make sure you are receiving what's best for you. Whether that's dealing with insurance companies on your behalf, working with your Doctor, or finding you the best price for your medication. I would ?????? recommend trying them out if you are looking for a new pharmacy.”

“I wish I knew about Genoa years ago. My NP referred me to them, and they're simply outstanding. 100% professionalism. The people who answer the phone are knowledgeable and polite. They have free local delivery (which is HUGE for me), and the prices are excellent when you have to pay out-of-pocket. The most important thing to me is that they can get generic brands that other pharmacies cannot. Not all generics are the same, and most other pharmacies I've called cannot get the brand I want, but Genoa had no problem getting it. I will be using them for all my medication needs going forward.”

The previous Pharmacist, Amarish I have known since a baby. He is awesome. The current Pharmacist, Sunny is fantastic. I feel nostalgic when I see or speak to him. It's like he's been here the whole time. He is cool as ever, funny , helpful and he interacts with everyone he knows each individual name, situation, medication, everything. The employees are sweet, professional, helpful and patient. I don't believe that I would ever change my pharmacy.”
