On 8/11 the “acting” store manager was rude, condescending, disrespectful, and let’s just say… Less then helpful. Her very young cashier was also very rude, and actually had the audacity to look out the window multiple times, wave, and giggle as to say…F-you and the horse you road in on. I filled out the survey and will be calling corporate first thing in the morning.

Hey thanks for letting us know that the hours changed. I mean why bother letting any of your regular customers know this. This store has ALWAYS closed at 10pm and now it's 9pm according to Google? Why not according to the sign posted outside the door???? No biggie, just walked in a downpour to make it here and we'll, too bad for me I guess!!

I love this CVS! The staff is very helpful and courteous! The pharmacists are great, especially for a corporate chain pharmacy. When you're running out of meds & need refills, they'll call & let you know, & offer to contact your prescriber to renew the prescription for you. On top of that, they've just introduced same-day pharmacy delivery, which is SUPER convenient compared to the option to ship them via USPS (especially if you don't have a vehicle). If you take meds that need to be refrigerated, you can now have them delivered by their own drivers instead of having to pick them up yourself at the store.
If you've ever shopped at CVS, you know they are notorious for having crazy high prices. But if you join their rewards program for $5/mo, they send you tons of discount/promo coupons & cash back rewards, as well as a $10 credit each month. That has allowed me to buy things that I've always wanted but never could afford to splurge on. I've already saved over $1,100 on purchases this year alone, & it's only July!

I was so happy with Pharmcist MARY prior to Pawling store closing. This pharmacy has a large number of staff meandering around behind the counter but only 1 register open. STAFF ARE NOT FRIENDLY AND APPEAR TO NOT ENJOY THEIR JOB. I wonder if CVS corporate take the time to read these reviews. If I knew where they moved Mary to I would transfer my scripts even if it meant a longer drive. We need updated COVID vaccines but I do not have confidence in this staff.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. 11 and a half hours to get scripts filled. All of a sudden 2 of my scripts with 9 months left just vanish in thin air. They won't let type anymore!!!!!!!

Don't bother calling this pharmacy. On hold for 25 minutes, drove there waited 5 minutes in person to sven be addressed. Worst service anywhere!!!! Get your scripts someplace anyplace else.

I have mostly used the drive through for my prescriptions, and have always had a positive experience. Even last night I was assisted by the window employee on how to update my phone number on the app to continue to receive text messages re: my prescriptions. Previously I was helped with my covid test order by the window employee. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE. When I call I have always been able to speak to the pharmacist or another helpful employee. It's never been an issue. Yesterday I spoke with Matt, and he was quite helpful on the phone. Ive only been inside the store 2x and it was a seemless process, in and out in minutes. Overall I'm very happy about the way I've been treated by the employees at this CVS, and it is now my go to store.Flora

I was really trying to give this whole closing Pawling thing a chance. My fiance has had numerous complaints with the lines and time it takes to get his vital medications filled but i tried to stay positive. My Dr called in a poison ivy ointment on Wednesday for me. I got the text cvs got the script and would let me know when done. Thursday noontime comes and I still rec'd no texts. I called and spoke to a girl in the pharmacy who checked and said they just got the shipment in and they would be ready with my prescription soon. Around 230-3pm I got a text saying my order was filled. I had plans that night so Friday after work I ran over only to be told they are sold out of the ointment and I can go to 6 other cvs stores from Troy to Clifton Park! NO ONE could explain why I was told it would be ready by a person on the phone and then a text. The pharmacist didn't even look up to see what was happening and 3 technicians kept going back and forth whether it was cream or an ointment. ?♀️ I never did get the ointment since by Friday, the poison ivy didn't itch as bad as it did on Wednesday!I recently had to use Hannaford to get a script filled and was pleased with their service so I may just start going there and alleviate alittle of main ave's issues. Thanks for listening.

My nebulizer treatment solution has been on backorder for weeks, and CVS won't transfer inventory between stores for some reason. I assume this means I will have to travel to a different location for my medication if I want to continue breathing. Relying on China for our medication is not a viable solution !

Still the best people and service.
This is one of the best CVS pharmacies in the area. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and always available to help you. So lucky to have them in my hometown.

For the most part friendly and helpful staff, the wait time for picking up meds has increased just about every time I go there now, however this may just be a staff issue.
