Their manager emily is extremely rude. Not displeased with the bank itself but this is a issue.

This is a very convenient location with professional and friendly staff. My usual M and T Bank is temporarily closed. I have to travel a little bit farther to do my banking but it's not too bad. It's just that they close early so I have to watch my time management.
