I love Jenni!!! She was my nail tech when she worked at Ly Nails in Crossgates and I followed her here. She has never did a bad job with my nails or eyebrows. Every time I come see her I bring her a picture of how I want my nails done and she does it exactly how I want.

I asked for a basic pedicure. I picked out my nail color and she came over with another similar color and asked if that one was okay. What she didn’t say (or I didn’t understand because she didn’t speak English) was that the new color she picked out was gel and cost $10 more. I got ripped off without even knowing it. Sadly, because they didn’t care or take care of the situation, I won’t be going back.

Fastest pedicure ever I got in the chair at 3:07 I was done by 3:28 water was cold no plastic in the pedicure bowl no lotion after service was not happy a quick 46$

They do a great job on manicures and pedicures. I have never been disappointed and received many compliments on my nails. They look great for weeks!

went to go get my nails done and they didn't take the fake tips off that i had on already and said "we do that here", then charged me for a shape change when i already had the shape i got. got charged 65 for anc and fake tips i already had on and had to sand down my nails at home because they were lumpy.

We both got ANC never again. The people were pleasant but the work we had done wasn’t up to standard and we were WAY over charged. Never again will we be back!

They don’t write down their appointments. So if you make an appointment over the phone, show up and they’re too busy, they refuse to honor it. The salon and restrooms are not kept very clean. Nail techs rush through manicure / pedicure services, so your cuticles are left raw. Despite all this I’ve gone there once in a while, but after what happened to me and my 5 year old daughter in there, I’ll never go back. I made an appointment for us to get pedicures together, and as usual they weren’t ready for our scheduled appointment. They not only made no apologies, they were rude and unkind. I really couldn’t believe the way we were treated. I don’t recommend bringing your business here!Services: Pedicure
