“I bought a 1/4 cow, they were fast and accurate with the cuts, worked with me on specific cuts I wanted. They called me on a Thursday, beef was ready that Friday. Pick up was Monday for me. Very friendly and helpful, answered all questions I had, to the best of their knowledge. Highly recommended for slaughtering and butchering needs.”

“Just bought a budget box for December. I got home and immediately cooked up the stir fry beef with some black garlic paste I had. It was fantastic. The beef was tender with no grizzle. The texture was perfect! The workers were friendly also. All around great experience!”
