Ordered 3 Trex post sleeves In November, didn’t get around installing till August the next year. After opening the sealed boxes with No physical damage on the outside, I noticed one of the sleeves was cracked. manufacturing defect. I called this company. Explain the situation and the man said I will have to get back to you. Didn’t hear anything for a week, called back and was informed that they have a 30 day return policy that if I needed another post, it would be an additional $225. Needless to say I called Trex themselves they sent out a new post free of charge. Excellent customer service on their part. The long and the short of the story, dealing with a company that doesn’t stand by what they sell is a one and done for me.

Made a delivery here. Everyone is very friendly. Delivery process smooth and fast. Can park on street in front of location. Quiet street. Easy in and out. Start unloading around 8am.
