I cannot say enough about my experience with Get Moving USA during my most recent installation. They received and stored all of my furniture, handled last-minute deliveries with ease, and ensured every piece was installed on time. When I say last minute deliveries, I mean last minute. Get Moving USA went above and beyond. They were courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. As my first out-of-town installation in the Hamptons, I could not have asked for a better partner. They came highly recommended, and now I know why. One of the best installation experiences I have ever had. Without them, this project simply wouldn’t have come together. Thank you Get Moving USA!

I paid over $15,000 to this “business” for a house hold move to South Carolina. They picked up my household belongings on 16 September. It is now the 28th I have still not received my shipment . They stopped answering phone calls from me and will not email me or text. they keep me completely in the dark. Apparently other action is going to be required to get my things. Avoid this operation at all costs! Note: they have me a small discount for the trouble I had. Still, I cannot recommend them.

Get Moving USA exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The entire process—from the initial consultation to the final move—was handled with professionalism and efficiency. The movers arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They expertly maneuvered large pieces of furniture through tight spaces I didn’t think were possible. While moving can be a stressful experience, Get Moving USA made it significantly easier and more manageable. Highly recommend!!!

Had a great, wonderful experience. Office staff were very nice and accommodating. Moving men, Miguel, Christian, David, Pedro, and Kenny, were excellent. They took the stress out of moving. Thank you to all. I would recommend GET MOVING, USA, to everyone.

This company will charge you an exorbitant cost for a single move, without even giving you a pricing quote. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
1. I moved from Boston to NY and they charged me a whooping amount. They would send you extremely expensive items without your consent and asked you to pay for it (i.e. six wardrobe boxes would cost you $300). They would also include a lot of hidden fees (sorry but what is a $700 NYC security fee and access fee?) You will only be shocked by these extra expenses when you look at the receipt.
2. The moving date and time. I requested to move on a specific date, but they did not want to agree with such a basic request. Even when it's two weeks before my moving, they still said they would not know if they would be free that date. They also would not give me a specific time (i.e. 9 am) for moving. So I need to wait at home the whole day for their service to come.
3. No price quote or receipt. The rep did not give me any pricing quote before the move. After the move, she did not give me any receipt. I had to write several follow up emails to get a receipt of my moving.
4. The customer service representative was extremely unresponsive and rude. She was not looking at any of my emails, and insisted on calling me when I was at work or at school. She also got my name wrong in most of her phone calls and emails to me, which I felt very offended.
I do not think their service matches 1% of their price. Would not recommend at all. My friends and I who used their service feel that this is almost a scam.

There is not enough wonderful things I can say about this moving company. Matt is a perfect gentleman as is his crew. All of the movers handled our boxes with care, they were extra careful with our family heirlooms. I highly recommend this company.

Get Moving USA brought the wrong pieces on our initial delivery date, wasting our time on the first scheduled delivery day and inconveniencing my husband to have to schedule and wait around for a second delivery.
The movers did not call ahead to let us know when to expect them when they came back and demanded an additional $125 as a "walkup fee" since the sofa didn't fit in the elevator. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying $600 for movers, the expectation is that you deliver the item whether it be by elevator or stairs.
Payment is cash or Venmo only, presumably so you have no recourse with a credit card chargeback when they conduct their shady business.
Do business with literally anyone else.

As interior design professionals, we count on Get Moving USA for our projects. They are a well-run business and provide exceptional service at a fair price. Tracy, in the office, offers tremendous help. Aly and Brian are also wonderful. The moving crews show up on time, work hard and are very careful. I highly recommend this company. Wish we had found them sooner!

The 3 movers were not only extremely efficient but genuinely nice guys ensuring all of our fitness equipment was handled properly and placed where we needed it to be in our new fitness center. Highly recommend.
