“Every time I go in there they workers are having a party, swinging from the lamps, dancing, blaring the music, drinking cocktails. I think I smell weed sometimes too. I usually hang out for a couple of songs and then leave buzzed, I usually forget to mail my letters LOL. Did anyone ever play that game with with the postage scale they are always playing? SO FUN!”

“They have very nice staff. When I go it doesn’t take very long at all I am in an out within 2 minutes. The ladies that work there are so nice and helpful. They answered my questions and got me in and out even with a line very quickly but I didn’t feel rushed.”

“So although I couldn't put my passport in the mail today here is why I gave 5 stars. The phone system said the bellport post office has a walk in from 8 to 9 for passport applications. This is no longer true. However when I spoke to Ana she was so kind and so helpful. She tried to help me anyway she could, gave me all the necessary info and envelope I need to get it done but they were out of money orders so I have to mail from a different post office. Ana's effort, kindness and helpfulness is what earned the 5 stars. I'm still bummed I couldn't complete my task but thanks to Ana I know I can get it done right later today. Grateful for people like Ana! ❤️”

“The postmaster here is very attentive and helpful. A few times I’ve had packages get lost on their way to me. Every time I put in an inquiry with USPS he usually calls within a day. You don’t get that type of treatment at every post office.”
“I Go to the Coram post office almost every day. The clerks at the windows are some of the nicest, most professional people you'll ever deal with. Ken,Jennifer,Joe and John are Exceptional! The USPS are lucky to have them. Keep up the good work guys!”
“I got a notification my package was delivered. Walked around for an hour. It wasn't there. Called the Ridge Post Office. The male Supervisor went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He tracked where it was, picked it up and delivered it for me. On a Saturday. 15 minutes before closing. Nothing but good things to say.”
“This is the best post office in my area. Any time I use this post office to send a pkg or letter it gets sent out very quickly and tracks immediately. The people who work there are very polite and helpful. I will not use any other post office for my mail needs.”

“Came here to mail out a package on a Saturday right before closing when all other post offices were already closed. Within minutes from closing, Jake was super friendly and helpful and did not appear rushed or agitated. He greeted everyone with a nice smile and even made some lighthearted jokes. Thank you Jake for brightening my day as I’m sure the same went for the other customers you had ahead of me.”
“I don’t think it’s fair that no one has ever taken the time to review the counter service at our local Post Office. I am there on a regular basis, as I run on online yarn business. I am always met with polite, professional, service! Even during the stressful holiday period. We live in a time when everyone is quick to complain. I want the Post Master to know that I never see sending my packages as a chore, and that’s because of the staff working there. Kudos??!”
“For the first time in my life I'm able to leave a positive review about an experience with a United States Post office. Obviously the building ownership and management isn't any different than any other post office what made the difference was the person we dealt with. Xavier was the first truly happy and kind post office service worker I've came in contact with. His genuine friendliness made for a great experience.”

“I am writing a review simply because this is a post office and many reviews are missing the mark. This location is great, Chris and Michael are very polite and courteous! Sometimes there is a line, which is inevitable, also it stinks to have to wait a while to buy a book of stamps but I’ve adjusted and typically buy 2-3 of them at a time.
The space is always clean, they have plenty of other items in stock and my mail has never suffered delays or being lost! Again, it’s a post office, given the major macro changes in their governing bodies, perhaps any complaints should be sent there as they may help the staff who are dealing with much uncertainty.”
