“Every time I go in there they workers are having a party, swinging from the lamps, dancing, blaring the music, drinking cocktails. I think I smell weed sometimes too. I usually hang out for a couple of songs and then leave buzzed, I usually forget to mail my letters LOL. Did anyone ever play that game with with the postage scale they are always playing? SO FUN!”

“They have very nice staff. When I go it doesn’t take very long at all I am in an out within 2 minutes. The ladies that work there are so nice and helpful. They answered my questions and got me in and out even with a line very quickly but I didn’t feel rushed.”

“So although I couldn't put my passport in the mail today here is why I gave 5 stars. The phone system said the bellport post office has a walk in from 8 to 9 for passport applications. This is no longer true. However when I spoke to Ana she was so kind and so helpful. She tried to help me anyway she could, gave me all the necessary info and envelope I need to get it done but they were out of money orders so I have to mail from a different post office. Ana's effort, kindness and helpfulness is what earned the 5 stars. I'm still bummed I couldn't complete my task but thanks to Ana I know I can get it done right later today. Grateful for people like Ana! ❤️”

Service with a smile is what the staff there is all about. I actually told the gentleman behind the counter how friendly they were compared to Mastic Beach. He said he hears it all the time. “The postmaster here is very attentive and helpful. A few times I’ve had packages get lost on their way to me. Every time I put in an inquiry with USPS he usually calls within a day. You don’t get that type of treatment at every post office.”

“I got a notification my package was delivered. Walked around for an hour. It wasn't there. Called the Ridge Post Office. The male Supervisor went ABOVE AND BEYOND. He tracked where it was, picked it up and delivered it for me. On a Saturday. 15 minutes before closing. Nothing but good things to say.”
