“My family and I have used Nolan’s Auto Collision for thirty years. So when my car was hit in a parking lot on two different occasions, there was no question which body shop I was going to use. I was paying cash and needed the job to be done well, since my car had to pass inspection with Acura when my lease ended. However, when I brought my car there, I discovered it was under new ownership. I am so happy to say my experience was just as good as it had been in the past.
Joe helped me throughout the entire process. To say he was helpful, is an understatement. Joe gave me two options regarding the work on my car. Of course I wanted the cheaper option but was unsure. I followed up with a phone call and Joe explained again what the difference was between the two options. Joe was never rude or gave me the impression I was wasting his time. His patience during my indecisiveness was remarkable and so appreciated.
I ended up going with the cheaper option and was so nervous to see my car when I picked it up. To my surprise, my car looked awesome!! I was so happy with my decision and with the service I received at Nolan’s Auto Collision. I highly recommend this body shop.”

“I’ve been meaning to leave this review for weeks, and I am just getting around to it now, but I used Harry to tow my car after getting a flat tire on William Floyd parkway on 7/17/24. My grandma had just died that morning, so it was the cherry on top of a terrible day. I had groceries in the car, so my boyfriend came and picked me up with the groceries. I called Harry and told him I left him an envelope of cash, with the keys in the glove box (I trusted all of the 5 star reviews). Thankfully, he did not disappoint. He got to my car in less than 20 minutes after I called him, and had it at the tire place in a half hour. I met him there, and he was one of the nicest most genuinely kind people i have ever met in my life. I’m so grateful he was the person I chose off of google to help me that day. He treated me like family and made a really dark day a little brighter.”
