Staff is so friendly, can do any design or nail art, very reasonable prices. Nails always come out looking great. Only thing is they do get busy so expect to wait a little bit.

I came in for a walk in to get a mani-pedi & and eyebrow wax. The woman who did my eyebrows did an absolutely fantastic job with my eyebrows. She shaped them so perfectly and was incredibly efficient for such a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
However, I was disappointed with my experience in terms of the manicure. Despite initially intending to get both a manicure & pedicure, I ended up only getting a manicure. In the time that my sister completed both her manicure and pedicure, only my manicure had been completed. This is due to the fact that the young man who was taking care of me left numerous times to assist other customers and left me waiting for a good 5-8 minutes at a time. He spent an EXCESSIVE amount of time filing and shaving down my nail beds as well. As a result, since getting my nails done this morning, my nails have been in so much pain unlike ever before due to so much nail being filed down. They are sensitive to even the slightest bit of pressure. Additionally, despite my sister asking for dip powder for us both TWICE when initially being seated, the man went ahead did gel acrylic on me… I was not too bothered by this in the moment as I thought it to be an honest mistake but the other aspects of this visit kept piling on and left me further disappointed. I will be honest and say the nails look good as it was very simple, just one color for the full set — but took double the time it usually does.
I do plan on returning in hopes of a better visit because aside from this I have always had an amazing experience. My sister also had a great experience and they tended to her every need. She was able to get the manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax as those who took care of her did so with such care, kindness and were very efficient! The other staff were very, very friendly and open to conversation! She will definitely be leaving a 5-star review. I leave my review in hopes that the staff member who took care of me will take the constructive criticism well. Thank you Glowing Nails!

Cleanliness: The older lady with the black glasses that does pedicures need to go. She does NOT clean the toe nails at all!!! I don't think any of them do. Cuticles was left the same way as I walked in. Would never do my pedicures there again.

They got more expensive and when I called 2 days in advance for an appointment they told me a hour but when I got there I waited about an hour when I ask how long they told me to wait for another 30 minutes. It happened twice to me. Plus I guess one of the owners was rude

First and last time here. This place is about quantity, not quality. The condition of my hands after a dip powder manicure were disgusting. My gel pedicure was below average as well. My nails during the pedicure were not cleaned underneath; all dead skin left. The polish was not neat and there are bare spots on my nails. The woman who did my manicure was very rough. It's like she had no awareness that she's working with a human beings body part. Nicked my skin multiple times, which filled me with anxiety during the entire process. She eventually made one finger bleed and another just about to. She filed the corners of my nails so much that they feel raw and look too tiny for my nail bed. She put the dip polish all over my fingers causing powder to get stuck all over my skin. She also finished my dip powder manicure with gel and put my hands under UV. YOU DO NOT USE GEL POLISH AND UV LIGHT DURING A DIP POWDER MANICURE! They also claim the powder and gel colors match - mine don't. I wanted an off white color and my finger nails look translucent. So disappointed I didn't go to my regular salon and am going on vacation. I was surprised that it was only $75 cause everywhere else charges $100. I will gladly pay my $100 anywhere else. If my fingers weren't so fragile at the moment, I would redo my nails. They got an extra star bc they were nice and have lots of colors. I spent another hour and a half cleaning my toenails and fingernails at home afterwards. You couldn't pay me to return.

Have been coming here for years! Amy is the best around. They do great work here! My nails have never been healthier. They are great at designs and have an insane amount of colors and options! The staff is also very welcoming and friend. Highly recommended!!

Horrible place. Made an appointment for mani pedi. Came in and was seated right away for my pedi. After my pedi I’m sat at a manicure station and the lady tells me to dry my nails so she places a fan by my feet. Thinking she’s going to come back and start my nails, after 15 minutes I look around and she’s eating in the back. Fine, I know what it’s like to have to deal with clients all day and not eat. She comes back another 15 minutes later and I ask her to do my nails. She says “oh no I don’t do manicure, they’re almost done” I wait 30 more minutes, total of 1hr for someone to do my nails. Someone finishes and I think “finally my turn” NOPE. She went and started filing someone else’s nails that was sitting on the pedicure chair. I get up to walk out and they’re all screaming “5 more minutes”. I paid for my toes and left. HORRIBLE. Plus they power file your nail beds.

i went in at 10 for a full set & a gel pedi. they were all so nice & the place was calm, not a lot of noise. nice music in the background. my gel pedi & full set w designs only cost $103. $43 for my pedi & $60 for my set. that seems insane to me! it’s so cheap! & it’s amazing work. i will be going back.
edit 2.5 years later: i’m still going back & have referred multiple people. i only trust this place. why? my nails have maybe had 4 incidences where i’ve need a fix & 3 of them being mine 1 being inevitable. my hands are in water all day 85% of the time with no protection. the prices are competitive. the availability for an appointment is very good. the options for color are endless. i 100% recommend this place.

The best for acrylic! They last forever and have every color option you can think of. They do get very busy though so try to make an appointment.

Amy is Westchesters best. I'm originally from the city & it was very hard finding a nail tech like I was used to in the city! Amy cares about her clients and her work. She doesn't rush her work because good work comes to those who wait! Best nail designs and more color options than you could ever dream of! Keep up the great work you do Amy! Went there with me and my daughter ask about certain nails was told could do it then she decided to do something else .. said that’s not what I wanted … she got upset so she did a very messy job because of how long the line was for people to get nails done — they def overbook people was there 9:50-2:30 made another appt when leaving got a call 2 hours later saying Amy couldn’t do it because she “doesn’t know what I want “… that service is disgusting so be prepared if you go and you state that’s not what you asked for or color is not what you wanted and they have to restart one nail to get a call cancelling your appointment a hr or 2 later very unprofessional place and not as great as everyone states be prepared to spend all day or all afternoon /evening there I also was there one night til 10:45 because of how booked Amy was had to buy a filet after to fix and take nail polish off skin … good luck to who goes there today if I can leave no stars I would .. ALSO got my first ever FUNGUS from this place and was trying to hide it by whispering tells you something nothing is sterilized… waited to get a tip to call and cancel today because she didn’t know what I wanted what a joke
