My suggestion is not going there if you need any sort of repairs. My phone was damaged and I went there. No one was able to help and the damage got delayed. Majority of the technicians were serving customers who buy devices but almost no support available. My device needed emergency help but they won’t do anything about it. I confronted them on the delay in the repair they said that I chose not to leave it overnight I was like exercise me? Unless you do it on spot there’s no difference! And you’re not gonna let me back up and data!! Very rude and not helpful.

Horrible Experience – My iPhone Was Damaged by the Apple Store at Ridge Hill
I’ve never been this disappointed with Apple before, but my recent experience at the Ridge Hill Apple Store was absolutely unacceptable.
A few days ago, I went in because my iPhone 13 needed a new battery. One of the employees told me they would order the part and to bring my phone back in two days. When I returned, they took my phone for service, and I waited for hours. Later, they told me they couldn’t service my phone for some reason.
When they handed my phone back, I was shocked — my phone was physically damaged and opened improperly. The screen and frame were separated (as shown in the pictures I’ve attached). It looked like someone had tried to open it carelessly and then just forced it closed.
When I confronted them about the damage, the manager and supervisor were completely unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to take responsibility and told me that I had “signed paperwork” allowing them to decline service — as if that gives them the right to hand back a broken phone! They didn’t offer to repair the damage, replace the device, or even apologize properly.
This is not the level of service Apple is supposed to provide. I trusted them with a perfectly working phone that only needed a battery replacement, and now it’s in terrible condition. The management handled the situation horribly, and I’m left with a damaged phone and no support.
If you value your devices or your time, do not take your phone to the Ridge Hill Apple Store. Their service technicians are careless, and their management refuses to take any responsibility for their mistakes.

I've visited the store twice to replace my phone's back glass. Each time, there was over an hour wait, and they either lacked the necessary part or requested my phone overnight for diagnosis, even though I only needed a simple repair. This was incredibly frustrating.

Terrible service. I waited around for help to buy an iPad and was completely ignored. After 10 minutes I finally approached an employee, only to be told I had to get in a queue—while several other staff stood around laughing and doing nothing. Won’t be coming back.

Visited this Thursday. Convenient location, close to fitness center, shopping mall and dining area. Very tidy and friendly staff. But you will be required not take pictures or videos in the store… I am just curious why this is not OK. I was trying to explain to my dad how to get to the store and what products to choose. I also tried to find out about the education plan for my cousin who was entering college as a freshman. But overall, this is a great place to visit and shop for.

Condescending. Had an appointment to get service for iPhone. I had an issue and I asked about other solutions to get the help I needed. No help. No other solutions offered. His way or nothing at all. And then he made comments that were disrespectful. I wasted time and money for parking going there. This employee has no concept of customer service at all. I refused to spend my money in a store that does not value their customers.

Apple once prided itself on distinguished customer service, that is no longer the case at the Yonkers Apple Store. I made a 5:30pm appointment using the online tool for the Yonker’s Apple Store to get my iPhone battery replaced. The store is 45 minutes from my home so I made sure to leave with enough time to find parking and get there early. Got to the store and checked in 32 minutes before my appointment. At 5:30 I am told that they may not be able to replace my battery that day because of the backlog. I asked why did they take my appointment then? Why did they not give me a warning online when I made the appointment? Why didn’t they tell me when I walked in 34 minutes before? They told me I could come pick it up tomorrow. Now I had already driven 45 minutes and would spend another 45 getting back and they wanted me to do it again tomorrow? Why didn’t I bother to make an appointment? It is a battery change. No way that takes more that 20-45 minutes tops. Manager refused to budge saying that walk in had cause the backups. That sounds like poor management on his side. The manager and rep were uncooperative and unwilling to try to find some solution. Telling me “we just work here and that is the system”. Really great customer services. My advice is just walk in, don’t bother with the reservation system.

This Apple Store is the closest to my location so I often use it and the customer service here has been consistently far from great. Today, we came in to buy an iPhone for my mother in law. Got in line to sign up for a representative to help with processing the order, was told the waiting time is 20 minutes. So we decided to stay and wait, although we had an infant who was getting a but inpatient. 25 minutes later no updates, so I went to an employee with iPad checking in the waiting time again. This time it was a different person and they told me there are 8 people ahead of me and the waiting time is… at least an hour!
I understand it can get busy and they can control the traffic. I understand the waiting time can be long. But giving an incorrect estimate and, of circumstances change, no bothering to provide an update to let customers know that the waiting time significantly went up — that’s not ok.
