I've really tried to give this location a chance because I used to live in Fresh Meadows and that location has it together. The owner did a bad job of marketing this place and the location has now gone further down hill. Today there was no soap dispenser of any kind in the bathroom. There was also a handwritten sign at the register in quotes "no ketchup" " no lemonade" "no curly fries". I then proceeded To order Jalapeño bites but that was out as well. Most of the tap soda was also out. I decided to order 2 roast beef sandwiches and when I received them I asked for horsey sauce snd guess what they were out of that as well. It's a bad reflection on the Arby's corporation because I believe they have a great product. I will say the staff are always pleasant but guess I will have to go back to the Fresh Meadows location next time I get a craving for Roast Beef.

Always two people working. Always slow to get my order.I came in At 8 and there literally was no one at register for a good 15 minutes. One person in front of me walked away. Only two people and no manager on duty. Food turnout is certainly slow and not my first experience either. Always have seen short staffed. No wonder they are not busy nobody want to wait. 8:29 and i still don't have my food. Ridiculously long wait for meal for two. This is my last time unless they have 4-5 more on staff.

First off they have nothing but Muslims working there. They don't speak nor understand English, get the orders all wrong. They have no clue what they are doing. Ordered 4 classic roast beefs and they put them on onion rolls plus the meat was over cooked. Forgot my Turkey slider and we're out of salad. Only 1 drink dispenser was working. I have eaten at Arby's for 50 years never a problem till now. Never will I step foot in Yonkers Arby's again !!

Good variation of food options for people with different tastes. Wraps, chicken sandwiches, gyros, mozzarella sticks. The shakes were delicious as well

I will NEVER go to this Arby's or any other Arby's as long as I live!!! I have never been treated so rudely before in my life! Beware, at this location they only like a certain shade of people! Sadly, racism is alive and well in 2021!!!

Finally after so many years of being tortured by the commercials featuring Ving Rhames' voice shouting "we have the meats", I was able to go to an Arby's. There used to be no locations in an acceptable driving distance and whenever I was in another state that had Arby's, I never had a chance to try one - but now there are two in my vicinity (the other is in the Bronx). I never greatly paid attention to the commercials to know what the choices were and I'm sure so many changed over the years, that I just winged it when I went in. I went big and ordered what looked decent enough and frankly, I just wanted to try more than one. Once inside, it looked like any other fast food establishment, so my expectations took a dive to fast food reality depths. I was going for takeout, so no comments about the eating in experience. I couldn't decide, so I ordered 3 sandwiches along with fries. The fries were standard and ok. The curly fries are also fairly standard and again, ok. The classic beef n cheddar was nothing special and the worst of the 3. The French dip was ok and the smokehouse brisket wasn't bad. The staff were ok. The one who took my order was really good and professional. The tables looked clean enough. McDonalds used to be in this spot until both Arby's and Popeyes next door took over the space. They share the space with several other businesses and are located right next to an H-Mart. The lot is big enough to where you shouldn't have any issues finding a spot. After all these years of dying to try them, I'm just like, "ok" regarding the whole experience now - food wise. Like pretty much all fast food, what you see in the ads is not what you're getting in reality. Usually I know what to expect with fast food, but I guess I tricked myself into thinking that Arby's was perhaps a little different. Or maybe their ads (and Rhames' voice) are just that good. But I came, I tried them, and now I could care less if I ever go back. I guess it's an option - and really, a better option than a McDonalds or Burger King as far as fast food goes. So maybe I'll try them again or maybe I'll have some self respect and eat better. Worth trying for anyone curious - just keep expectations in check.

We love Arby's but Yonkers Arby's needs new management, employees or has to go. We used to have to ask for sauces and provided limited amount. This is also now the 6th time in a row we have not been provided any napkins, missing items, and definitely no sauces through ordering through delivery. Let me be clear that we added sauces in your app or on uber apps ( yes we have tried multiple platforms) and sometimes even add notes and not even an over exuberant amount. However still no sauces, even if we add it into the notes. It used to be hit or miss, but its come to the point where this is the last time. The food through delivery has been mediocre but with each different order wishing and hoping there are changes me and family has concluded it will probably not happen any time soon. For missing items, it could be the driver you say? well possibly but packages are sealed and no sauces or napkins even if we add selection or notes proves otherwise. I wish Arby's luck but Yonkers Arby's franchise is not delivering on your corporate standards. I guess we hitting up Popeyes next door from now on.

Stopped by today to have lunch. No issues that no in dining was allowed. However, not providing napkins or ketchup is an issue. I guess it will be Popeye's the next time I stop by. They have napkins, ketchup and other condiments.

My second ever trip to Arby's. This one in Yonkers is 30 minutes from my house next to a Popeyes in a strip mall. Got the new Deep Fried Turkey Sandwich medium combo for $11.09 with tax Positives: Turkey slices were tender and a good quality with some crispy skin on the edges, fresh brioche bun, good cold slaw and plenty of mayonnaise/ excellent cheddar cheese portion very well melted. Negative: three (3) slices of overcooked bacon embedded in top roll, only two slices of Turkey in the sandwich. It didn't have the height I expected. Bottom line - Arby's "still has the meat, " since they didn't sell it to me. Just OK: Medium curly fries enough for two people- wish I could give half the fries back for another slice of Turkey and more cold slaw Overall- since I can't control the high price or the portions of the food, I doubt I'll be back Drink - Standard 16 Oz pour it yourself

A friend wanted to experience Arby's because of commercials. We went today. First off, for fast food it's awfully slow. 4 people total working. The service very very slow. Think it took 15 minutes for food to be ready. The person bagging the food kept checking and rechecking the order liked she wasn't sure what goes in it. The guy watching the fries was sadly confused. Like no one knew what they had to do or how to keep the customers moving and fulfilling the orders. The food itself is nothing to write home about, yea it's fast food, but this is so below the mark that it's a disappointment. I doubt I'll come back at all. it's sandwiched between Popeyes and a forth coming Halal Guys. My bet is this franchise location will not last.

The quality of the food was disgusting the meat was thick and grizzly. I have never experienced such a unappetizing meal. I have been eating at Arby's for over 30 years and the food was always consistent there is something off with the Yonkers location
