Kevin and Prince were great. My boyfriend and I went in on a whim, and they both worked together on getting us what we needed. Both were understanding , accommodating and transparent. We left as happy customers and are looking forward to coming back. Great experience , huge selection to fit all of your budget needs.

Prince was awesome - very kind and friendly salesman with a great amount of knowledge. Within our price range and did not try to upsell us on anything, if anything, he tried his hardest to save us money, and he did! I would come back to this Ashley for any future furniture needs! I went into ashleys with the intention of finding a sofa and found not only that but the most amazing customer service. Nani was the sweetest girl. She not only helped me and my partner find exactly what we wanted but worked with us to make sure all of our needs were met and that we left satisfied. Alongside this she has nice hair.

I was shopping around for a mattress and adjustable base for my elderly mom. I was about to give up when I walked into Ashley’s on Central Avenue in Yonkers NY. I met Javier who was kind and eager to help find me the best affordable option. He introduce me to Prince who also was amazing and extremely knowledgeable for what I needed. This duo was amazing, I got exactly what I needed to meet my mothers needs and they were so helpful and caring. they treated my mom with the ultimate care. I could not have asked for a better experience. These two gentlemen made us feel like family. This was 5 star white glove service all the way. Thank you Javier and Prince for the true meaning of caring and knowledgeable customer service. Ashley your brand is extremely lucky to have these two gentlemen represent your company. Amazing customer experience from Prince (I hope I remember the name right). He was engaged with us when we went to store. He gave us suggestions and honest opinions and trade offs on the various sofas we have looked on.He made sure all our questions were answered. The overall buying experience has been very good (in both the stores we visited )

I am waiting for my coffee table to come, but my over all experience was great. I was delighted with the prices for Black Fridays holiday sale. The Sales Representatives was helpful, friendly and informative. I would definitely shop at Ashley’s furniture Store again.

I had a wonderful experience buying a new mattress at Ashley Yonkers. The sales team, Paul and Prince, were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and friendly. The showroom is lovely and clean. I will definitely go back when I'm ready to buy more for my home.

I was pleasantly surprised to find great customer service at this store. Salesman Prince was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. We stopped at a few other stores after Ashley’s looking at mattresses but found that the price at Ashley’s was best for the quality we desired.
