Wow such a good experience in this store.Luis was very helpful,respectful, knowledgeable and patient...Really appreciated his help.Eventhough it was store closing time he did everything for us with patience and didn't show any rush to do things..I would suggest this store to everyone..Luis is a great asset to your store.

I highly recommend this AT&T store. They are all very respectful, and the customer service is excellent. Every time I come, Ivan seems to take care of me, and he is wonderful. I’ve been with AT&T for 15 years, and out of every AT&T store I’ve ever been to, this one is the absolute best.

These guys rock. I went to another AT&T store to get a SIM card for a used phone, but it never worked. I came here, Chung was about to have his lunch break but he was nice enough to delay his lunch to help me out. He have me a new SIM card and it just worked. Turned out the first card I got from the other store was bad out of the box. These guys know what they are doing and customer service is superb, can’t recommend them enough!

This is ATT store you want to go to! I had an amazing experience today with purchasing my new Samsung flip phone. Danny was beyond incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure all my contacts, apps etc were transferred to my new phone. I am so happy with my experience today and recommend this location without reservation.

The AT&T store located in Highridge shopping center in Yonkers has the best customer service! Kevin was great to work with. He was very helpful and patient. He took the time to explain the services and fixed my bill. Thank you!

Kevin was quick and efficient , he was very personable and kind , would recommend everyone comming to this at&t location! Also Danny who i spoke with the next day was amazing as welll ! Feel blessed to have them both take care of my family . Customer service is 10/10 here
