LUIS is awesome. My daughters phone stopped working and her father couldn’t get his first responder credentials uploaded but Luis managed to fix everything. Would definitely recommend

Adrian and Thomas are two of the best AT&T workers that I have ever encountered. I opened up 6 lines for my Buisness and Adrian answered all my questions. We did have an issue that we encountered because a Director that oversees stores named Kahn offered to help since Adrain was new. Unfortunately for me instead of him helping Adrian he was not paying attention and made some errors in my account. If Adrian had the access he would’ve did a better job.
*Don’t Worry Khan is at the River-dale he doesn’t run the Ridge Hill store.
Thank fully since this store is ran by Thomas when I came back he resolved all my issues. They both are very welcoming and attentive. The area is beautiful so it is definitely worth coming here even if it’s out of the way. I am by Fordham and River- dale At&T and I rather take the ride to Ridge Hill to work with them.

The manager of the store does not care about his customers has no respect if you are trying to figure out what happen with the sale of a phone he could of explain things better but he looked like he didn’t want to help and look out of it .. I finally got my answer about my purchase with another AT&T store and it was right but he lied about printing out a receipt that he never did not a place I want to go with a liar as a manager sorry

Wow such a good experience in this store.Luis was very helpful,respectful, knowledgeable and patient...Really appreciated his help.Eventhough it was store closing time he did everything for us with patience and didn't show any rush to do things..I would suggest this store to everyone..Luis is a great asset to your store.

I highly recommend this AT&T store. They are all very respectful, and the customer service is excellent. Every time I come, Ivan seems to take care of me, and he is wonderful. I’ve been with AT&T for 15 years, and out of every AT&T store I’ve ever been to, this one is the absolute best.
