Walked in without an appointment. Brought a broken phone. Rep talked to me about a few options. I told him we did not want to upgrade the plan as the upgrade was very expensive compared to what we had.He agreed and set us up with a great phone for a few bucks a month. By the time I went next door to get coffee, he had the deal done, the phone out and transferring data.Very, very polite and professional.

Came in to casually look at iPhone for my husband and met Fernando. He was so easy to work with and not pushy. I ended up trading myself from Verizon to first net. We will be coming back here for any issues or upgrades. Walked out with two new iPhones within a small amount of time.

If I could rate this store a 0 star I would. Today is February 19. I called to find out if they had an iPhone 14 pro max 256gb in purple and the representative I spoke to was not helpful and rude. I did not get his name. I called at 12:52pm. He asked how long I had AT&T service for which gave me the feeling that he did not want to sell me the phone I needed (my phone got stolen). I responded “that should not matter, do you have the phone because he already had me waiting for a few minutes and then with an attitude replied no we do not. My husband then called seconds after and the same representative answered and told him he did have the phone. I understand why this store does poorly in ratings and it’s probably all reflected from this same guy with horrible customer service skills. He needs a basic training for how to speak to people when he represents a huge successful business. Very disappointed. I will no longer be visiting this location ever again. They lost my service.

We came here to purchase a Samsung cell phone and everything went well at the initial visit when we were ordering the phone to be shipped to store. When she came back a few days later to pick up the phone and activate it. The worker there told her to pay $50 cash to transfer data from her old phone to the new phone and cash only. When She asked why they said there busy but you could do it yourself. Then when confronted by the other store guy said it was his idea. My girlfriend thought that was weird because her past experiences it has always been a courtesy. She went over to the cross county location and asked the manager there if that was a thing they did and he said no that this seemed like the person working in the other location was trying to make a quick buck off of her. So now extremely frustrated we decided to refund the phone and go to cross county location and purchase there. We will never come here ever again and we advise anyone who reads this to not to come here unless you are willing to get scammed. This is probably one of the worst experiences I ever went through with my girlfriend.THIS AT&T Is a scammer location stay away! This place should be completely restaffed with idk trustworthy and nice people not scammers. DO NOT GO HERE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.

This update to my review. there was miscommunication misunderstanding about my phone and charges after the Manager explained everything about my phone’s service charges I understand stand by this good store if you not sure uncertain of phones and prices just ask the Manager is very nice guy professional and knowledgeable about technology and phones

The service at this store is amazing. Alex took the time to not only answer all of our questions in regards to upgrading our phones but he also took the time to find us the best network plan for a cheaper price than what we were originally paying. I have gone to previous att stores around the area but this store by far has the most patient and knowledgeable staff that are willing to spend hours to help you.
