Thomas and Adrian provided exceptional service to me and were patient and very knowledgeable. Thomas went above and beyond and helped me problem solve an issue I was having. He also gave me different options to save money while adding another line. It is refreshing to receive such amazing customer service and I recommend this store if you are a current AT&T customer or thinking about switching. It can get overwhelming with all the options and Thomas is super patient and explains things clearly. Thank you!

I recently visited the AT&T store at 94 Market Street in Ridgehill and was wonderfully assisted by Thomas. From the moment I walked in, Thomas greeted me with a warm smile and an eagerness to help that immediately put me at ease.

I just want to give a huge thanks to Adrian , Richard , Thomas and Kahn. These people went above and beyond to get me upgraded to my new iPhone and also this amazing new Apple Watch , they are not just professional but very friendly I enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this location.

I recently had an amazing experience at AT&T, thanks to Thomas, Adrian, and Luis. I was having some issues with my phone and had already visited the Apple Store, but unfortunately, they weren’t able to help me. Feeling frustrated, I decided to head to my local AT&T store, and I'm so glad I did!
From the moment I walked in, Thomas, Adrian, and Luis made me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about resolving my problem. They were transparent in explaining what they could do to help, and it was clear they had my best interests in mind. Unlike my previous experience, they didn’t rush me through the process and made sure to answer all my questions, no matter how small.
They worked diligently to troubleshoot and help me in every way possible, making sure I left with everything working perfectly. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service these days, and I felt truly appreciated as a customer. If you need any help, I highly recommend reaching out to this amazing team at AT&T!

They sent me to another store for a trade in when they themselves could have done it. Instead they made me waste more gas to go to another store all because they aren’t corporate. They don’t even have the common decency to do simple trouble shooting for customers. Overall a terrible experience won’t be coming back.
