Got a gift from family member 3 weeks ago but don't live anywhere near a Banana Republic. Drove to NY location from my home in CT and was told it was past the 30 day return policy and was turned away. I wasn't even given the opprotunity to recieve a gift card or exchange for another item in store. I eneded up leaving the item at the front desk I was so annoyed and turned off. Banana Republic will be the last place I ever spend my hard earned money.

Staff were helpful with multiple requests, checking in store and online for different items. We quickly received assistance every time we needed it. Good variety on site.

I have been a BR customer for years and today, 6/2/2024, I had a bad experience with one of sales representative. When I complained to the manager, she said absolutely nothing. I even asked the manager is she heard me and she said yes.
A refresher training on customer service is seriously needed for all. This is very disappointing.

I don’t recommend this location the young sales girl was very cavalier about helping me. While I was the only person in the store. She paid no attention to me till she was done with her task. Then was very dismissive in her response. Only go here if you are not planing on interfacing with the sales girl. I never usually do a bad review but this one is well deserved.

I love this store - small but has all the essentials and the staff is helpful, friendly and one of the gentleman went above and beyond and taught me how to tie a tie properly so that I could teach my son. I do wish they were open till 9pm but other than that it’s a great location!

Hmm I dint go dressed up so I was wearing comfortable clothes it was raining anyways I felt like they thought I was going to steal or idk ?♀️ they kinda kept following me as a group ended up leaving cause I felt abit uncomfortable

I was in the store for no more than 5 minutes, and I was asked if I needed assistance a total of 6 times. I politely declined each time, but I felt like I was being hounded. There's being attentive and then there's just plain annoying. I ended up leaving, but I would've stayed if I was allowed to browse in peace.

Had a great experience came to shop for a birthday outfit! Marie is so good at her job she helped us pick the right sizes for everything and brought the sizes every time as long as she’s here this store will do great !! ??
