Drive thru ATM or internal ATM not working with 3 weeks. Why doesn’t Bank of America put enough Cash in its ATMs?

Absolute worst managed branch I have ever used in over 20 years. Always a long wait with one teller while two others ignore customers. The nearby Mount Vernon branch however is excellent. Save yourself the aggravation and go there.

Like come on always got to wait 45 mins to talk to a teller meanwhile all the reps are helping ppl use an ATM. You guys are one of the most busiest banks in the area and for some reason u guys constantly have 1 tell up front and there’s never changes when the line is literally out the door. Would of have put no stars but it requires to me at least put 1

I see the prior negative reviews of this branch. My wife and I have had an entirely different experience and were pleasantly surprised. We understand a new branch manager (Jennifer) arrived a few months back and that along with other staff / developments may've changed things. In general we've found customer service and staff attentiveness in Bank of America to be better than in the other major banks where we have dealings / accounts. We chose this particular branch because we had moved recently, it has a nice parking lot with suitable location, and the other branch in CT where we also had a safe deposit box is closing soon. In our visits here, the staff including manager Faye were pleasant, attentive and went to extra lengths to see if we could also get a safe deposit box (they're getting more and more scarce at all banks, we'd found). Yesterday we found the person taking care of customers as they walked in to be the branch manager Jennifer herself, and then she took two hours to personally help us (juggling her other responsibilities and customers of course) among other things to get a new safe deposit box. In this time we saw other customers including an elderly disabled man being well and pleasantly taken care of, too.

I walked in this location and waited for someone to help meStephanie was great at helping others coming after I walked in after explaining why I was there she asked me to wait for help and then after 15 mins tells me that I need to comeback and set up appointment.. This would have been a much better experience if she told me this from the very beginning

It’s no wonder B of A stock is doing well. They don’t have employees to help customers nor care about their customers.

When this branch first opened (which meant they closed another location that was much closer to me, which was inconvenient), I tried to be positive. Really, I did. I'm pretty easy and not a demanding 'customer' - but when I'm giving 1 star, then you know something is very wrong. My first interactions in this branch were positive, but that has slowly dissipated over the years and to the point that I doubt I'll be coming to this branch again. The staff largely have been friendly - even if I was given the wrong information by a staff member at one point to where I need to go through an inconvenience at some point to correct an error of THEIRS. Ok, I get it - not all paid staff are knowledgeable at the place of their employment and who cares about how the customers are inconvenienced by it. I start to draw the line to the days where this branch closes at random times during normal business hours. It's happened 3 times as far as I know - where the whole bank is closed except access to the ATMS. It happened again two days ago - where I came at 2pm, but yet the cage was down, lights were off, and no one was inside. Funny enough, there were signs on all 4 doors advertising their "new" business hours (closing at 4:30), yet here we are at 2pm and the bank is closed - with zero signage as to why. Again, this has happened at least 3 different times I can recall. I wasn't the only customer puzzled by this. I spoke to two other customers who indicated that this has happened a lot more. Keep in mind, they can't use the excuse of the pandemic (like some businesses like to use that excuse), because this has been way past the times they reopened. An extra inconvenience was that both inside ATMS were out of cash, rendering this location utterly useless - unless you wanted to deposit. I didn't even bother checking the drivethru. Again, this is 2pm on a Wednesday. There is no possible excuse for this poor business practice. I had to go out of my way for another location 2 miles away and stand on a very long line because I needed a teller that day. I shouldn't have had to. Speaking of tellers - whenever they do decide to conduct business and are open, the lines for the tellers is always long. 1 or 2 tellers each time. This is a busy location and there is no excuse for that either. Unsure what the issue is here - closing at random times without signage indicating such or even signs warning that you're closing on a particular day for whatever reason is just insane. You're a bank - the pandemic is returning to somewhat normalcy - there is simply no excuse. As stated, this is not the first time for this location - but it will be the last time for me coming here.

There is always one teller despite having over 5 service windows. For all the fees that are charged on customers accounts, BOA should at least give its customers better service.

Always long lines, poor customer service and one teller. Too many employees walking around and watching the line build up and head teller/manager comes from behind the wall looks and turn away unless it’s one of her friends then she waits on that person, closes the and go back behind the wall leaving one teller with 10-15 customers.

Consistently takes a significant amount of time waiting on line. 6 windows but usually only 1 teller at a time? They’re nice enough people but I’m not sure how they stay open with lines often exceeding 15 people.
