Not reliable. I made an appointment for eyebrow wax service. The confirmation email reminded clients to cancel in advance if you cannot make the appointment. I guess this doesnt apply to the workers too. I got there early and at some point the ladies at the other counter felt bad for me and said she is not coming in today. I didnt receive a phone call or email cancellation. poor customer service. I won't be back.
