this location is a pitiful joke. i would rather travel to the best buy in midtown manhattan than deal with the terrible service here. staff is extremely unprofessional, disorganized and misogynistic.

Well the staff I. The store I love .. as for the policies of service You call , you feel well assured that all is fine even to the point of getting an email transcript of the entire conversation. Next you wait for the REPAIR SERVICE PERSON you intend to get only to see a delivery truck arrive in your driveway So I say what have you got for me? He says nothing. Me: What are you here for? He leaves - wastes my time but gets paid for the call This happened twice for the same appliance after telling the person at Geek Squad not to send a delivery person but a repair technician please I have the emailed transcripts to prove it. Since then I have heard nothing from them at all. And I only need a screw for my refrigerator door or new handle ? Unbelievable never get a service contract from them please save yourself the headache

Employees aren't helpful. I was the only person on line for over 5 minutes while the lone cashier was ringing up another customer. 3 other employees just standing around. 1 messing around on another register. I ended up putting the item down and ordering it from Amazon instead. I even saved a dollar.

A spacious branch with all sorts of home electrics under one roof. Staff were plentiful and busy. I was approached courteously and asked if I needed assistance with anything. I noticed a long queue at the checkout tills.

There is free parking -- very important. The Associates are courteous, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. All of which I appreciate as a senior with limited technical saavy.

I've always found this Best buy to be the best choice. I will never return to the other one on Central avenue. I found that there was plenty of people to help me and spend time answering my questions and we're very friendly.

Customer service is very good this day I went to pick up my lop top. It was for black Friday. But that sale was not atrue blab Friday sale it was the same sale during the regular she days before black Friday

You sometimes have good prices, but I don't like that when you go shopping you leave the payment information saved and without the person's permission or consent you subscribe them to your promotions and charge them the money for the card without permission, then they send an email If you do not agree, you must call 24 hours in advance. That is wrong that they are doing that without the person's authorization. I didn't like that joke.
