Love this gym. Great equipment, clean, and front desk staff is friendly and helpful but not a fan of the one female personal trainer who kicks people off of machines just because she wants a private area to train people. I've seen this woman kick a man off of the Smith machine mid-set because she had a "client coming soon". I also asked to use a bench that she clearly wasn't using but she refused to let me have use it for a few reps because she was "using everything in this area". Meanwhile, I have a bad back and use the bench for assist. All the others were taken and she didn't even use the bench the entire time I was there. Instead, she used it as a way to block herself off from the freeweight area and the Smith machine at the front of the gym. She really creates an unfriendly, unsupported environment for gym goers during the week. Not seeing her on weekends is a relief because then we can work out in the area she claims. Meanwhile, all the other trainers there are kind, helpful, and know how to share the space AND equipment. I hope management fixes this because it's really annoying to watch and deal with when we're all paying members. Her behavior is unacceptable.

They don't clean bathrooms nor showers @ this location the shower soap dispensers are broken and will never be replaced much less to clean the toilet facility and or the showers. Also be careful of ringworm in showers area it happened to me shower @ your own risk/lazy house keeping.

I travel to plenty of Blink fitness all over NY and NJ. The Yonkers location has the smallest men’s locker room I ever been in. Overall the equipment is nice and there is parking.

The air always feels stale and humid walking in. Certainly equipment such as seated row always has a wait. With the volume of members at popular times there should be multiples of equipment. Television shows are skewed toward news, sports and could be more gender balanced (towards women). The staff is friendly and generally helpful.

Absolutely horrid place with rude staff. I had an issue with my account that seems to be due to a glitch in THEIR system and I'm the one being penalized for it. What an absolutey horrid experience that included the person at the service desk chasing me down in the gym. Poor display of customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Probably the worst gym in Yonkers. No management at all. Which explains why employees are never working. They're always on their phones at the front desk. The only person who does work are the cleaning ladies. The weights are always a mess or all over the gym you have to go looking for them. Isn't that the employees responsibility to keep the gym tidy? If you're not going to enforce the rules to the members then the employees need to do more. It's rare to get a hello or a goodbye from them. Some of the guys actually seem angry to be there. I still blame management. They are the ones who hire them and supposed to train them. How can you hire someone for a customer service position who is embarrassed to say "hi" to a customer or make eye contact? Maybe you should just get a turnstile and the robot from stop and shop to work the front desk. Also, the bathroom in this place are disgusting. I literally don't even go in them.

It's really small and gets over crowded. Most managers there are unprofessional and horrible to their employees. They have personal and inappropriate conversations that everyone can hear. I gave 4 stars because I genuinely like blink. It's the people that mess the place up. But this location yea, this stuff going on.
