Probably the worst gym in Yonkers. No management at all. Which explains why employees are never working. They're always on their phones at the front desk. The only person who does work are the cleaning ladies. The weights are always a mess or all over the gym you have to go looking for them. Isn't that the employees responsibility to keep the gym tidy? If you're not going to enforce the rules to the members then the employees need to do more. It's rare to get a hello or a goodbye from them. Some of the guys actually seem angry to be there. I still blame management. They are the ones who hire them and supposed to train them. How can you hire someone for a customer service position who is embarrassed to say "hi" to a customer or make eye contact? Maybe you should just get a turnstile and the robot from stop and shop to work the front desk. Also, the bathroom in this place are disgusting. I literally don't even go in them.

It's really small and gets over crowded. Most managers there are unprofessional and horrible to their employees. They have personal and inappropriate conversations that everyone can hear. I gave 4 stars because I genuinely like blink. It's the people that mess the place up. But this location yea, this stuff going on.

This is a terrible location with incompetent kids running the front desk. I attempted to cancel in August 2023. I came to the location, the front desk associate said “okay” to my cancelation request and walked away. I assumed the cancellation was processed. Well it’s December and I’m still being charged. Came in and was told I need to pay a fee to cancel—fine no problem I’m sure that was in the fine print. I asked that the erroneous payments that have been made since august be applied to the fee, the manager refused. Terrible customer service. Don’t bother.

This blinks has free parking due to it being at the mall. This is a rare one floor blinks. Locker room is a bit small on the men’s side. Giving it 5 stars because this was the only operating blinks during Covid here in nyc that was anywhere near me and it got me through that rough time.

Dear to blinks owner,I’m writing this message to you that I’m a blink member since 2015 I go Blink in Yonkers NY. I love blink because they had the equipment brand Matrix they much bigger wide tracks and it had a fan and the emergency safety wire was longer and this brand is very good I’m very satisfied but I saw that you have changed the equipment into a different brand and it’s life fitness and I tried those equipment the treadmill and the bike I’m not satisfied because the treadmill the track is small and there is no fan and the emergency safety wire is short and I see that there is a phone pocket place and it doesn’t fit. I tried the bike the bike makes a squeaky sound. If you change the equipment back to matrix or better I will continue my member if not then I will cancel my member and go somewhere els gym. Thank you.

I've been going to this blink for approximately a year now and have had good and bad experiences. I'll start with the good. The cleaning lady is always walking around with a vacuum or mop wiping the gym down. God bless her because there are some really nasty slobs in the gym. The environment for the most part is nice and staff are friendly. Moving onto to the bad. There is not a lot of variation of machines to focus on certain muscle groups. I wish they had more options and newer machines. I feel like they have so many cardio machines which are not being used when they can remove and replace them with weight machines (chest and back machines that you can add weights to). Also some of the the machines are old and not oiled. The men's bathroom is constantly wet and slippery. Stall latches are broken and never any soap to wash your hands. I hope blink can make the adjustments and improve. If not I will have to make the jump to another gym.

Don't join this gym customer service by the manager at the Yonkers location was nonexistent. No help whatsoever. They charge you a full annual membership fee no matter what, even if you want to cancel with no reimbursement . They also charge an additional fee to cancel. Very disappointed. So on Saturday the 22nd of July, I visited the yonkers blink early in the morning, not my home gym but decided to go there that day. I was bothered by the fact that there was 1 person working the front . That young lady was there alone , no manager no co worker to help. I felt very bad for her. The phones were ringing, people coming in just too much for one person. Had there been an emergency or situation where she needed help, she could've gotten hurt. This was irresponsible of the gym managers this was unprofessional for the gym period. She did her best and made it work. That was unacceptable. The better buisness bureau, lawyers and fcc would have a feast had something happened to her or any of the members. I personally will make the complaint if I see this again. I like it a lot but it's Christmas time! We got Texas Longhorn you have to Olive Garden and a lot of restaurants up there but when it's Christmas time it's really nice and the movie theater can't forget about the movie theater! I like it a lot.

Blink’s customer support is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’m trying to cancel my membership. I went to the gym IN PERSON to do so, even though I have a broken ankle. Because my membership is through my employer, the cancellation process is different. The receptionist and the manager had me signing a manual cancellation request. My membership hasn’t been cancelled, and when I request help online they simply send me a generic answer saying I have to go there in person. BUT I ALREADY DID!!! Do not join Blink Fitness, the employees (including the MANAGERS) are clueless and they do everything to make your life hard. Worst gym ever! Even Planet Fitness has a better customer support than this terrible company.

I have a membership at Blink and after trying out other gyms; I find myself happiest here. The cost is remarkable and the gears are always in superb condition, and the areas are clean.

This review is for JOHN, I hope I’m spelling it correctly and that he gets the recognition. I called this specific club because the one on Riverdale didn’t know how to answer some questions I had regarding club memberships. John was friendly, he took his time to answer my questions and asked follow up questions to make sure I was properly assessed.VS the experience I had while calling Riverdale (cut me off prior to finishing my question, seemed bothered they had to help me).John I hope you receive the recognition you deserve. Good environment…but most of the treadmill machines are broken ALL THE TIME! I have never seen such a consistency of broken machines at any other Blink or any other gym for that matter.

The gym does have a nice amount of machines, however the gym is filthy, the locker room is very small and the bathroom is disgusting, the sink area in the bathroom is always flooded and I dread going to the gym when I switched to this location, the other ones are not horrible but this location is unfortunately the closest to me. Which is why I’m canceling. The staff is definitely unbothered by people coming in and out.
