Our daughter started at this location when she was 22 months in spring of 2023, and we are SO thankful to continue to be part of the SWEP family. It is a special place, with excellent teachers and management, who are all warm, engaging, and truly care about the children. The facilities are clean and inviting and the activities are pitch-perfect for age and development. Thank you for continuing to take such great care of our little one; she continues to thrive!

We have been thrilled with our experience at Bright Horizons at South Westchester Executive Park. The team there is exceptionally warm, caring, communicative and responsive. The facilities are engaging, clean and really well organized. And we feel like our little guy is in a totally safe and loving environment every day. He is greeted every day by name on his way in, and we get comprehensive updates throughout the day on his meals, hygiene and activities - along with the best pictures. So grateful to Heather, Olivia, Chelsea and Vanessa for taking such wonderful care of our son.

We could not be more thrilled with our son’s experience at Bright Horizons in Executive Park. We know that nurturing environment has made a huge impact on his development in the most positive way. He started in the infant classroom at 15 months old and moved up to the toddler classroom at the start of the new year. We have loved the teachers in both classrooms, and it is so easy to see that every teacher, administrator, and team member truly cares about the children. They have a great curriculum and focus on learning as well. We also love that we can view updates on our son throughout the day on their app, including photos and videos. We toured other places before starting our son in daycare and Bright Horizons was the standout by far. We cannot envision him being better cared for anywhere else. Seeing his smiling face as he plays with his friends or at story time is confirmation enough, he loves his time there too!

Our son started at SWEP when he was 18 months and we’ve been very happy in the year or so since. He’s learned so much during his time there and the teachers have been great - going above and beyond to communicate with us so we can ensure we’re also meeting Asher’s needs outside the classroom. We’re very grateful that SWEP has remained open and staffed with wonderful teachers and staff.

My daughter has been going there since she was 4 months old and we are beyond happy with our experience. They treat her as her own and make sure everything they do is approved by us first. They care deeply for the kids and make sure to keep it fun and always learning!

We started taking our daughter here when she was 6 months old - right as the new director started. We have LOVED our experience at the school. They now have monthly calls with the parents to let us know what is happening and they send us email recap for those who can’t make the call. I really like that they have an app for you to message any information for the teachers and you get live recap of what your child is doing so you can feel connected.Teachers - Ms Hazel has been instrumental in her development. She is so attentive and we can see she truly loves the children. Since the first day we have seen our daughter develop new skills.Director - Brennan came in and has been an asset to the school. Previously from what i heard the directors didn’t weren’t as attentive. Within a month she made vast improvements and continues to make them. She is also always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

I'm extremely disappointed to be paying such a high price for daycare and not receive the best care for my child. I cannot wait to remove my child from this daycare. On multiple occasions, I've picked her up with poop in her diaper. She even got diaper rash, something we never experienced when she was in our care. The last time there was poop in her diaper, the staff pointed me to the area where they change diapers so that I could do it myself. We also had an incident where another student pushed my child, causing her to fall and bust her lip and chip a tooth. I'm not sure why these children aren't being closely attended to.Lastly, Child Protective Services is investigating this location because of an incident where two students were thrown (exact words in report) into their chairs by a teacher. This place is not safe and I do not recommend you leave your child in their care.

I came in with my husband and 2 1/2-year-old daughter to check out the place. Adrianne is the person who helped us and she was very kind and informative. However upon looking through each classroom especially the toddler class it was clear that this place was not the right place for us.First, the moment that my daughter stepped into the classroom she had already caught a cold - I understand that it's common for children to get sick in daycare but way too many of them looked sick snd uncared for. They had snot pouring out their noses and their faces were dirty from lunch. You can tell that their mouths haven't been wiped bc of the crusted food all over them. The environment was chaotic and quite dirty. The toys looked brown, dirty and the tables where they ate had some filthy surfaces as well, like water spills, crumbs everywhere. I noticed the bathrooms are shared for toilet training but the toilets are open areas nearby the toy areas and tables where the children eat their food. I noticed that some of the children were trying to use the toilet but had no assistance and we're not helped with washing their hands which they should be taught properly to prevent spreading of germs. I was very disappointed in the way the children were sleeping on cots on the floors next to other children who were awake and playing with toys very loudly. There's not a separate room for quiet naptime. Plus the cots felt hard and were dirty. The bedsheets were stepped on by other children. I saw a child who was sleeping on the bed with his face on top of dirty shoe marks. Half his body was on the floor and he looked very uncomfortable but none of the so-called teachers adjusted him so that he was. I have decent expectation because I'd like my daughter to be treated with respect and taught how to do things properly but this place showed me that other children were not treated that same way and I couldn't help but feel sorry for them. One of the most important things is cleanliness because if your child is constantly sick it affects the whole family. I wouldn't want to keep taking time off work to end up bringing my child to our pediatrician because her daycare can't maintain and promote simple hygiene. My child would be suffering too. I also noticed that the caretakers were not very attentive as they portray themselves to look on their website. They had their backs facing them often while doing some other task. I'm sure they mean well but what we actually witnessed was far different from what was advertised.

This school has went downhill since the director left. You will often hear teachers from the 3-5 year old classes screaming at children in a rude and shocking manner. The school went from a well taken care of place to looking neglected and a bit run down (sometimes). You often see teachers looking down at phones rather then caring for children who are litterally on the floor crying. The front office is never manned in the afternoon so good luck if you need to address any billing or scheduling issues. Personally my child’s teacher is a good one but I will not be keeping my child here for another year. I hope they get a director soon as it’s a bit concerning.
