I booked a reservation with this Budget location via their customer support chat. I received a reservation number, but was told I had to call the location to confirm. When I called the location directly to confirm, they refused to confirm my reservation until 24 hours before pickup date, just in case another customer, who was going to travel a longer distance, like from NY to Florida, wanted it. I asked the owner if I could leave a deposit now to ensure I would have a truck and he refused. Seemed like my local rental wasn't good enough for him and he wanted to gold out for someone who was going to pay more. Completely terrible way to do business!
