“I was looking for a place near me that sold blue velvet cupcakes so I went to Google and stumbled upon this bakery. I didn't call, I just drove over because it's about a 10 minute drive from my house. They didn't have any blue velvet cupcakes, but I said let me just try one since I'm here......I got an apple cinnamon cupcake......let's just say by the time I pulled up in front of my house, there were 2 bites left.......LITERALLY! I will definitely be taking more 10 minute drives, starting tomorrow ??. You won't be disappointed, TRUST ME!”

“Went in for some chocolate strawberries as a treat this valentine’s day. The girls are so sweet and helpful. Amazing customer service. Even with a long line it didn’t take too long for it to get moving! The girls said it would be a wait for the berries and it take way less time than anticipated. So glad i came here & will definitely be coming back. Delicious berries and kind staff 10/10”

“Going to a party today and we're bringing a lovely little chocolate assortment from Matisse. Personally, I love dark chocolate. There are chocolate covered pretzels, cookies and my favorite is the chocolate covered potato chips.”

“I used Scarsdale Chocolate Works for my daughter’s 11th birthday party. They came to my house and did chocolate pizzas and one dipped treat for 14 kids. At $25 a kid it was totally worth it. They had fun and the people were good with kids. Also, the set-up was so easy (you could do this in any-sized home) and they were so flexible and responsive to my emails and questions. Also, I had a guest with a nut-allergy and one with a gluten- intolerance, and they were both able to participate. Fully recommend!”

“I love Harlem Chocolate Factory! The chocolates are unique, delicious and memorable, and are worth the trip from wherever you happen to be in the city. I have gone out of my way on multiple occasions to visit during their opening hours just to purchase their truffles, and I often bring folks with me or purchase their chocolate for others. The response is always the same (some version of "omg these are amazing!"). The staff is also lovely and lively - I have yet to meet a sad or sulky person working the counter. It's a small shop but an enjoyable experience. I have tried virtually everything they sell except maybe a few of the bars, and I have not once been disappointed. Try them and thank me later.Parking: There is no dedicated parking - there is street parking and a few paid garages in the area.”

“Grabbed a few things for some business functions & as gifts for friends and was patiently walked through all the offerings by Emmanuel (spelling?) who gave us a few samples so we could pair his recommendations to what we liked. The chocolate itself is incredible (and this is coming from someone who doesn’t have a sweet tooth and doesn’t really care for chocolate in most other settings)!Highly recommend!”

“Everything about this place is excellent EXCEPT it does not open when stated! Not just by a few minutes but by hours! Website states 6:30am. Lucky if its open by 7:00am. Our time is valuable too! Easy fix: Change store hour signs!!!.”

“I stopped by this little yogurt shop while in the neighborhood. The staff member was very welcoming and helpful from the time I entered the store. There were so many yogurt flavor options as well as many topping options. They also had my favorite frozen dessert-dipping dots. This I would definitely return again for the dipping dots because they're hard to find.”

“Friendly guy at the counter gave some recommendations. They stock items from Albania and their neighbors in the Balkans. I noticed many types of ajvar ( it's a spicy red pepper and eggplant spread), paprika, teas, and packaged pastries and biscuits. I found a Greek 'mountain tea' to try. It is sideritis or iron wort and naturally used for anemia. I would recommend stopping by to explore and bring home different ingredients to try.”

“I love their marzipan I wish they start to make a premium brand with real almonds and less sugar at a more expensive price. I think there is a market for that also”
