Sent a prescription in at 11:00 to be picked up at 2:00. I got here at 645. It still wasn't ready. Supposed to take ten minutes?

This is by far the worst drugstore in Yonkers. It is run by total incompetents who do not care at all about the customer. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, unless you have extra hours in your life to waste on line for your medication.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to and hopefully won't have to again. My grandmother received a call saying her medication was ready to be picked up. Went to pick up her medications and they said the medication was ready but their system was down and couldn't release it to come back in a hour or two. I went back three hours later, and they told me I have to wait while they fill the prescription. After going off on them telling them that I was already there and they called and said it was filled, I had to wait 20 mins for it to be filled. I get called up saying it's ready, and it was an insane amount of money and two medications, and none of which that she was supposed to receive. Thank god I looked at the name because they almost gave me somebody else's medications! The names didn't even sound similar and the medication I said I was there to be picked up wasn't even remotely close to what they filled. They should all lose their jobs for such incompetence.

Used the pharmacy to fill a prescription for my antibiotic. I usually use McLean, but that location was closed and I was directed here. The staff explained the situation and was helpful, they explained to me what my options were because the prescription could not be transferred. I was understanding because with the other location being closed, I'm sure every patient in the line was a patient from that location and they looked very understaffed so I did not mind waiting the 20 minutes. They gave a call to my doctor and got a new script, filled it, and helped me so politely. Great service. I may end up coming here instead of McLean from now on.

This Neppeprhan Ave location in Yonkers, served my husband and I right when I booked our Moderna Boosters for December right before Thanksgiving. Plus we wanted to get the booster as an added measure before heading to Tampa. Walgreens administers only the Moderna and Phizer vaccines- though I'd check if they also do the J&J jabs. Big parking lot- but spaces are tight. This Walgreens is huge inside compared to others I've been to. Vaccine or Booster check-in is easy. All it took was a few questions from the pharmacy tech, fill out a questionnaire about COVID symptoms or not and hang around in the seating area until you're called. Don't let the Rx pickup queue throw you off- because it isn't the booster section. Hubs and I waited a bit and were called individually to a private room where we got poked by the pharmacist who was pleasant, quick and smooth.

Can't even give this pharmacy one star. Customer service terrible. Called and was on hold for pharmacy over 30 minutes. Waiting at hospital after surgery and had prescriptions sent in and no answer from Pharmacy. Called store manager whoever answered the phone said they were the only one in the store so couldn't help. Disgusting, thought they were open 24 hours!! Never again don't depend on them.

I made an appointment for my 17 year old son to receive his COVID vaccine. We arrived, waited on line only to be told he couldn't get a vaccine. They only have Moderna in rock which is not approved for under 18 years old. So when I made the appointment I gave his date of birth. I was not directed to a different location. I was given an inappropriate appointment. They should be better organized. Now we have no appointment. Very disappointing.

I visited this store to get a product which online( on their website) shows to have in stock 5 of one, and 24 of the other. I asked for it, which was under control by the cashiers. I was told they had no more and tried to push something they said was similar. I read it and it cautions, that the product is flammable, to keep away from pets, children, drapes, curtains. The products I'm looking for is a safe 24hr Sanitizing Spray. Why then would you bait and switch for something you know nothing about. Is the product being hoarded by the employees for their families and friends?

Horrible customer service. If I could put 0 stars I would. I just purchased some items and the staff casually "forgot" to put some of them in my bag, I called to confirm and the night time manager Jeanette was extremely rude and defensive and told me it's not her problem and there's nothing she could do about it. So I guess I'm just at a loss at 4am and have to drive 40 mintues back. Horrible night time crew with bad attitudes that suck their teeth at any issues. So upsetting

Good as place,always coming here and if you can't afford the prices then your poor and can go to CVS
