Super cute clothes, good deals if you go at the right time and the store is organized so kudos for that! Unfortunately, sometimes you're waiting on the line to be checked out and there isn't anyone at the register nor anyone coming back until you ask. And God forbid you ask, nobody is happy about it lol. they should be managing that a little bit better. I also find it silly that Carter's charges for a paper bag but that's annoying with any store in general. Overall employees are ok, it just depends on who services you.

Great location and staff is always pleasant and helpful. I've only done store pickup recently. I had an item missing from my pick up order but they put it aside as soon as I called the store. They're happy to help so long as they can. Parking is always plenty which is a plus for me.

I liked shopping here in store but I'm not sure what happened as they marked one of my store pickups as picked up when I didn't pick it up and I was charged for it. I had to call corporate Carter's to get a refund. So I'm not sure how they are letting people pick up other people's orders? Do they check IDs? Watch your credit card statements closely.

They run a scammy business. They promise 20% off when you sign up for credit card but when the coupon arrives it cannot be used online because the card is not on file and then the only way to add the card to your online profile is to place an online order without a discount. So they want you to make an extra order to be able to use a coupon. So disgusting of them!
