I got service done yesterday and I am so annoyed with them! They called to tell us what the car needed and said we also needed a wheel alignment on top of "the car won't pass inspection if you don't change 2 of the tires and that will cost 680 dollars" for my just turned 1 year old car.... we told them no not to do the wheel alignment and to fail the inspection then because we aren't paying 680 dollars for 2 tire. When we picked up the car we were charged for the wheel alignment that we told them NOT TO DO!!! 160 dollars that we had no plans to spend! Our oil change, inspection and recall work should have all been free! I will not be going back here again and I have purchased 2 cars from them so it's not like I haven't given them business!

I was getting my daughter her first car and Rosemary and Eddy M were so helpful it felt like family was helping, I never had to wait long when I called and even after hours they were extremely helpful. I’ve purchased many vehicles. I wish they all came from Rosemary and Eddy. Central avenue Dodge is the best dealer around PERIOD…My princess couldn’t be happier thank you again Rosemary and Eddy M.

I had a great experience at this dealership getting my Jeep serviced. Khary took care of me and went above and beyond, plus he was verynuce, accommodating, and knowledgeable. He let me know how long it would take and gave me updates of any issues that my car had. I will definitely come back to get my jeep serviced here. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Khary was amazing!! The service I received was very fast and I was very satisfied. I went into the dealership not knowing what was going on with my vehicle however when I left I had a great understanding of what was wrong and the best way that I can prevent problems in the future. If you ever need service done please go to him to help you, you wouldn’t regret it!!

My experience with this dealership was terrible. They never properly fixed my car despite repeated attempts. They offered a free oil change in exchange for a 5-star review. Various issues occurred: they left my window open, letting rain inside, and the valet attempted to steal my AirPods. Long waits and difficulty in reaching them led to a significant waste of my time. After picking up the car, I found the check engine light on for different issues. A tip: always check your dashboard lights before paying, as I had to schedule and pay for a new appointment due to the check engine light turning on.

Run, Don't walk away from this dealershipI brought my Ram truck in for service about 10 days ago. I needed 5 major and 2 minor things done to the truck. The truck was still under warranty. Before I brought it in I asked if they had a loaner as I knew it would be in the shop for an extended period. I was told they would have to put me on a wait list which can take weeks. Because my truck needed immediate attention I decided to just have my wife drop me off and deal with getting rides or using my motorcycle. The service department is no where near the dealership which is how many dealership do it these days but this service center was in an industrial park that was deteriorated and disgusting. There was no where to park my truck and you barely knew it was a service center. My truck was in for about 2 1/2 weeks, when I went to pick it up I was told all was done. NOT EVEN CLOSE! when I drove off I immediately noticed the engine light was still on. Drove it back and was told sorry, the techs must have missed that, can you leave the truck and we'll take care of it. Well my wife had already left so that was not an option. I said I would bring it back another day as I had to get to work. When I got to work I checked the other work they were supposed to do (that the service department said was done) and NONE of it was done. Out of the 7 things they were supposed to do they only did one! Complete incompetent service department. They charged me the $150 deductable when I first brought it in which was supposed to cover ALL the work that needed to be done. So I made another appointment to get the other work (that was supposedly done, but wasn't) and asked the girl in the service department if I was going to be charged another deductable and she said yes, I asked why since this was supposed to be done during the first appointment and she said that since this is a new ticket they would have to charge me again with a major attitude, like we don't need your business. I looked at her and said this is the worse experience I have ever had at a service department and that I would NEVER go back to them. I left a rating at dealerrating.com as well as Stelantis the parent company of Ram. What a TERRIBLE dealership. I paid over $70K for my truck and to be treated like this really got to me. BTW, the office for the service department is the size of a walk in freezer and is absolutely disgusting. I can't believe Stelantis lets them get away with this.

Martha is the best!!! Go to her for your next car.. she was the sweetest ever, gave me a great deal and got everything done and our cars there within one day and now I am so happy with my new car. She will get you where you want to be and with the car you want. We left with 2 new grand cherokees! Thanks Martha for the best customer service and making this a great easy experience.

On 10/12/23 I leased a Jeep from Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep in Yonkers and my experience was the Best!!!! I was hesitant about going into a dealership but my sales consultant, John Rosabella made my experience a dream. John is so easy to speak with, knowledgeable regarding all the different Jeeps and took his time to educate me on all the trim packages. His technological knowledge of the Jeeps is definitely next level! I didn’t have to lift a finger, there was no running back and forth with price offers, he is truly honest, kind and trustworthy. He had me driving out that same day with the exact Jeep I wanted, and at a fantastic price. After the sale was final, he still sat in the Jeep with me and showed me how everything worked. He even made sure to pair my phone to the Jeep. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you John. They have so many style/trim packages of Jeeps and definitely have more stock than any other dealership. If John doesn’t have it, he will get it for you. I want to say thank you to the sales manager, Larry Memoli and to the fantastic finance department. If you are thinking about getting a Jeep, I definitely recommend you make your Jeep purchase with John at Central Ave Jeep in Yonkers.

Took my Compass in for service today, Saturday September 30, and there was a long wait line but they got me right in and out. Marco was amazing and the cashier was sweet. 10/10 would recommend coming to this dealership for all your car needs!

Save your self the headache! I leased my car from Central Jeep in 2019 (5 year lease). I have taken the car to them each time for service. On September 7, 2023 I heard a noise while driving. I got scared and took it to a local mechanic in Ossining, NY on the same day. Their diagnostic was rear differential. They suggested I call Jeep because the car was relatively new.I immediately called Jeep Corporate. And it was confirmed to me that the rear differential was covered under powertrain warranty. Jeep Corporateopened a case and told me to go to Central Jeep for a diagnostic. I called Central Jeep and was able to get an appointment for September 26, 2023.I did not get updates until day three. On day three, Central Ave told me they would not cover cost and said it was due to poor maintenance and size of my tires. Today, September 29 Omar from Central Jeep said, the rear differential will be covered. However, I need to pay for transmission and all wheel drive service. At the moment I wanted the rear differential fixed, but was told that would not happen without the other things he mentioned. The mechanic shop who first diagnosed the car said it was the rear differential. I have proof. And Jeep Central is now telling me it is tire, poor maintenance, and transmission, etc. Central Jeep has serviced my car since I left the lot in2019.To me all of it sounds fraudulent. First nothing would be covered, until I fought and told them I had a case number with Jeep Corporate. Then, I was told it would be covered but I have to pay for atransmission and all wheel drive. I do not trust them. I believe they are taking advantage. Do not go to Central Jeep. Save your self the headache!

If you ever need to service your Jeep vehicle at this dealership please ask for Alex Vera or Rosemary! They’re amazing at what they do and completely understand the importance of great customer service. Not only were they able to get us in for emergencies service, they made sure we had our vehicle returned to us that same day (after being informed we would have to leave it for a couple of days). They put all our worries to rest and took care of the issue immediately! Great customer service, great personalities, truly amazing people!

I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review because on a people level the folks in service were extremely helpful and friendly when our Jeep broke down on the Cross County Parkway on the way to vacation. The negative review is a result of an $762 charge for four hours of labor/diagnostics at $175/hour plus tax. I don't dispute that service spent a not-insignificant amount of time with the car and that some kind of payment was in order. But four hours? That's pushing it. There was really no disputing it the charge at the time as I was 300 miles away and the Jeep needed to be towed 100 miles to my hometown mechanic and wasn't going to be released until we paid up. The unreasonableness of the charge didn't hit me until I saw it on my recent credit card statement.

Just want to share a GREAT experience I had there. I own a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that would not hot-start. I took it to 2 mechanics I've used for a long time and then to a new place close to where I live, then on June 3rd I took it to this Jeep Dealer on Central Ave, Yonkers, NY as a last resort, because of Dealer Labor Rates. The first 3 mechanics could not find the issue and the Jeep Dealer in Yonkers told me that I needed a new engine! They need to retrain their mechanics! I had specifically told them that I've driven it to various places and sometimes to work as long as it was sitting for more than 30-50 minutes it would start right up and drive with no problems. So, it does not need a new engine. Then I took it to another mechanic close to me on McLean Ave and Bingo! They found the problem and replaced my radiator also (a different issue)! I was so sure that the staff at this Yonkers Jeep Dealer would find the solution even if it cost me a pretty penny. So I ended up paying $381.00 for the 2 diagnostics (the Hot No Start issue & a radiator leak), but I do not recommend this Dealer to anyone. Either they wanted to scam me for a new engine or they obviously do not know what they are doing as mechanics and technicians. They cannot be trusted!

Just purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from here! It was probably one of the quickest & seamless car purchases we've ever made. Nico was so amazing! He made the buying process super easy from start to finish, and this was super important for us since we were traveling from out of state to purchase the car! Thanks again, Nico & everyone else here! Will definitely be back if we're ever in the market for a Jeep again!! 100% recommend!
