Stay away from their service dept!!! Even if you have a Nissan new vehicle warranty, they will make up reasons why the warranty doesn't cover repairs. They are all about charging customers, even 3.5% more for using a credit card! And they refuse American Express. What a con outfit. They're going to tank Nissan's reputation.

I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue premium from them. My experience was an overall great one. I ended up with a car I liked and thanks to Jesse for making it all happen. He was extremely patient and helpful in making sure my questions and demands were answered and met. I also got the monthly payment I asked for.

I came in with high expectations for quality customer service but this was not the best experience. I brought my car into this location for regular vehicle service needs & an issue I was having with my car. The agent was judgemental & she didn't put in the ticket the issue I was having with my vehicle after having an entire conversation about it. She was also very dishonest with communicating wait times & the status of my car. After being there for 2 hours I asked her if they started diagnostics on my vehicle & she told me yes. I then watched her walk over to where my car was parked & pull it in to the techs. They spent about 40 minutes servicing the car for the agent to tell me they didn't inspect the problem. Then she didn't take any accountability for her mistake, and told me I never told her the problem. I spent 4 hours for 5k mile service since my actual problem was never addressed which was unbelievable and a waste of time, which I feel was disregarded completely.

Was car shopping on a Sunday and went to Central Ave Nissan first. Alejandro gave me a price, NO HIDDEN FEES, no nonsense.Went to another Nissan Dealer, and needless to say, the experience was so awful that by late afternoon, I called Alejandro back and told him my numbers.Alejandro and Anthony stayed late to grind out the numbers, details and paperwork and by the next day, car was delivered.These guys know how to close a deal and get things done.I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for no nonsense pricing and tremendous effort towards customer satisfaction.

The staff is polite, professional and I’m finished in a timely manner. Also love that they serve bagels and coffee. We are rushing many times so we don’t eat. Waiting and not being hungry is great. Thanks

I came in because my car was sounding a little louder than it should. I certainly expected that work would have to be done to the exhaust system/muffler. Indeed, work needed to be done. However, the estimate I was given was for $3,300 dollars. That sounded very high to me. I took my car to Meineke just a few miles down the road and they did the job for $850. What I find most disturbing about this is that I always tip my service people and the person who does the intake; what's more, I have been coming to Central Avenue Nissan for years. The last time the service department did something like this to me, I stopped servicing my car there for two years. Now I don't know if I am ever coming back. This is not how a business should treat a loyal customer. This is not how people who are being taken care of should be responding to being given business and a gratuity. I am deeply disappointed.

The level of service towards my car was great. But the issue that concerned me was the financing with Sunbit that acquired about that the rep at the cashier stated she did not have access to it. I saw a big sign at your location advertising it. But the rep was unaware of the process to assist me.

This is my second vehicle bought from this dealership and I am very satisfied with their service. I had noticed a structural problem with my vehicle after having it for 8 months and they made it right. I recommend them highly.

Cannot believe how these days when there are so many car brands and dealerships, Nissan still has such a bad reputation when it comes to transmissions. Sad/angry to say that I just have to donate my 2016 Nissan Pathfinder because I have to replace the transmission . Yes for the second time with in 9 years I have to buy a new transmission. First one had to be replaced on 2019 just 3 years after I bought the new car, and as you may guess the warranty will not cover the second transmission because the warranty on the second Transmission last only one year . Please tell me how a $32000.00 car has a transmission that cannot last 5 years. I cannot believe that. The worse is that there is no one you can talk to who could help you.

I had an issue when my car’s ignition cylinder wouldn’t let me turn it to start my car. Carlos at Central Avenue Nissan came in clutch. He was nice and courteous, acknowledged my situation and was with me on the phone sending updates on my car every step of the way. I can’t thank him enough. He was able to help get my 2016 Note back on the road and I hope if I have any other issues I can’t solve on my own as a hobbyist mechanic, I’ll swing by there again and ask for him.Carlos is an excellent example of a person who deserves any and all accolades, and if I had my own business and he worked for me I’d promote him. He goes above and beyond and you don’t feel like a customer, you feel nothing but family vibes from him. The world and dealerships in general need more people like him.

Deceived ! Disappointing ! Non transparent ![ Not eligible even for 1 star ]I purchased Pre-Owned Nissan Rogue of 2020 year from this dealership and not even one thing is transparent. It was certified pre owned car saying all the inspection done according to NY standards but when I went to my first service(driven only 4000 miles) at other Nissan dealership, they said all the tires need to be replaced as the treads are completely gone and at level 2 and 3. Even the tires were 2019 year. When I purchased the car, the sales person - Nick Gonzalez promised me that atleast 50000 miles life left for the tires as they are almost new and as per inspection report - the tread level is at 7. How come the tread level changed from 7 to 2 within just 4000 miles? Either the tires have been changed after the inspection is done and replaced with some cheap/junk tires and then sold the car to me. When i checked with Nick's Manager - Jose Daboin, he keep on saying that "when you took the car, the car is certified and inspected according to the NY standards and we cant do anything about it". He is so reckless and also not even listening to the concern.Apart from this - they have also included some shady charges like how the other customers were cheated - including certification charges $2499 which they haven't specified anywhere in the website, I took the maintenance plan - for that they charged another shady charge like AMO - $750. They keep advertise some $500 off if we purchase the vehicle which they will never give. They keep lower prices in the website to lure the customers to walk into the store and then trick/cheat them with all these hidden charges.When i went to other Nissan dealership at my location(Delaware) for the first service, they said you got cheap tires and also suggested me to file a complaint against this dealership because they are also shocked and not convinced regarding the tread level change that drastically within 4 months.Request:NEVER PURCHASE PRE-OWNED CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND GET CHEATED LIKE ME.

Went for maintenance. Had called ahead for a rental. When I got there explained everything to service guy. Dan got the rental ready and gave me a call to let me know what was wrong and needed to be repaired. Dan kept me informed with time expectations and when I picked up my vehicle he went into detail what was done and gave me great recommendations.
