Nikki, the pharmacist, gave me great service. She helped enroll my MOM in a drug program and got her approved for the program in less than one day. I want to apologize for losing my patience at times, which she dealt with in a very professional manner. I handle all of my Mom's financial, medical and basically all things from out of state which can be very frustrating. Thanks for your tolerance and kindness. You are terrific and I appreciate you.

I could not believe the way the pharmacist greeted me when I entered this hometown feeling pharmacy. I inquired about the various strengths if Vitamin D and the pharmacist brought out so many choices narrowing it down to the one that would serve my needs. So understanding and knowledgeable explaining each choice in detail. I will definitely return to this pharmacy and highly give the pharmacist and staff five golden stars.?

Extreme havoc! Pricing is through the roof! A constant back order issue! Totally unheard of that they use one supplier for a particular medication! Nicole caused a lot of problems at my practitioners office and discussed my medications which are personal with a receptionist! Was very nasty with me from day one and doesn’t know how to treat people with her sassy attitude. Will never use this pharmacy again and don’t recommend to anyone!

The staff at this pharmacy have to be the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting! Always pleasant on the phone and accommodating! It's nice to know there are still good people out there.

The pharmacist and the girl at the counter were so nice and helpful and Extremely polite! They treat their customers with respect even the man who delivered my medicine was so nice. I would highly recommend them.

So disappointed with this place!!The constant misunderstanding between their customers and workers is ridiculous.YES!!! I get the the auto refills process, but when you’re constantly calling to stop the auto refills it gets annoying!! They call you every month to pick up medications that I asked to put on hold until I call to refill, BUT they DO NOT call you when the prescription is NOT AVAILABLE and or on BACK ORDER, they DO NOT keep track of deliveries OF MEDICATIONS, Nonetheless they don’t call you when your doctor submits a subscription when your account is put on HOLD to advise “due to your request DO NOT FILL ANY SUBSCRIPTIONS!!!So if you need your medications double check that it’s in stock and or available for pick up and please before the weekend!!!Pathetic!!!

I wish I can give 10 stars. Extraordinary customer service attitude, great manners, attentive and really serve you with professionalism and care. And of course, help you all the way thru to have your medications ready. I was almost scare of such a nice, respectful and friendly service, wondering "where is the trick". No trick but thru (service). And coupons :) Thank you all !!!

The best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff and pharmacists are exceptional! They’re so nice and efficient. They deliver which is convenient and the delivery man is very sweet. I’m very happy that my son recommended this pharmacy because I’m very happy with the services they provide. I will continue to spread the word and hopefully everyone will use Central Park Pharmacy!
