The workers at the Chase Bank on Main St. conveniently situated walking distance from the Yonkers Metro North station, provided me with a welcoming 5-star experience. Specifically Branch Manager Luis Martinez, provided exemplary service, treating me with VIP-level attention and addressing all my banking needs promptly. The tellers, especially Maritza, under his leadership, were exceptional in their assistance. Highly recommended! Thank you again!

This branch always has only one representative working behind the desk. It’s always a no less than a 45 minute wait.

I have been waiting for over an hour to see a representative. All of a sudden a man is passed before me because he is a private client. I am a private client but no one bothered to asked. Because no one comes out to inquire who is waiting and for what reason. Maybe it is something that can be resolved immediately. This place is the worst chase branch I have ever been to.

Foreword: I have not required the more advanced services such as mortgages that would require financial advisors at this branch. I have only used the ATMs as well as the services of the tellers inside.That being said, the service provided by the tellers is exceptional. They are cordial and responsive and provide service in Spanish as well.There are three ATMs in the front part of the branch and I believe there is an additional one inside. There are only two teller windows, so there is often a line in the morning. There is significantly less traffic around noon, but it picks up again around closing like most branches.A note of concern is a constant presence of beggars outside the branch. Depending on the individual they may or may not harass you, and the bank has no exterior security detail.

Long line, very slow tellers and even longer wait if you have to see a service representative. Good luck if you want to open an account or apply for a loan. And forget about getting notary services as they don’t have any.
