There are two drive through ATM Machines, however they are usually broken and out of service. Also, they are never both operational at the same time

Horrible. Two machines out of service for months drive thru!!!!!! No parking to get to the two atms inside. Only one was dispersing cash. Seriously making me look in to banking elsewhere. Chase must be going threw a financial crisis with there banking experience being so run down and dirty at that. Come with sanitizer !!!! Sorry I didn’t take photos.

In this branch I found a very kind person and he helped me solve some banking issues that in other branches they cannot and they only made me waste my time. I want to tell you that ALEXANDRA, the manager of this office, is a very kind, efficient person and an impressive human quality. The commitment she has to help people is incredible, unfortunately they changed her branch but ALEXANDRA is really a wonderful person.

Slowest Chase I’ve ever been to. Small parking lot and when we went the ATMs were down, unable to take out any money. Opened late to customers since ATMs were broken. No wonder Chase is suffering and closing branches everywhere

True to form. The Yonkers version of everything is terrible. Including this bank. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Entering the bank to speak to customer service agent seem a bit overwhelming. First observation - no signing book, no signing regarding you must have an appointment. Second - no one come to speak to us regarding why we was waiting. third ~ two agent was siting dealing with customer, once done they never inform us on the policy and procedures of an appointment. My fourth deal broker ~ A young lady ask us did we have an appointment? We stated no, then she ask if we have a joint account. Which we felt it didn’t matter. Then she stated we was being all over the place we have been waiting since 10:15 - 11am. She stated, we haven’t been there that long, which also wasn’t her place to say, she continue on how she had a call out and the lady who’s usually walks around with a tablet was working in the back. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager- she stated she was the branch manager. I explain to the branch manager, if someone calls out, she need to have a replacement and if she is not able to find a replacement as a manager. She should’ve put up a sign letting her Client know about the policy of the branch. I asked,people in front of me if they were aware of making a appointment. They stated no! Your branch manager stated, i was being disrespected. If your branch had audio you clearly hear her unProfessionalism. The sad part about this, not once was I being disrespectful. She could’ve call the cop and lied. I work as a manager in the emergency room and when I see a uneducated manager. I realize why I won’t open any account with chase. My spouse and mother have account with (Robinson Feliz & Aracelis perez) and all we wanted to do was open a account for our son. I will never never be a chase customer. I hope chase re-educate their branch manager to have empathy. This incident occurred on sat 30, 22I walk away once she Falsey made her statement. My job is to important to allow a different reaction out of me. Sorry for any grammatical error - to angry to even stop writing.
